No smoking. Equipped with a single bed. Cozy independent studio for 1 person (18 m2 with kitchenette, shower room, wifi) in the city center, located in our garden. Apartment on the shores of Lake Geneva, small but completely renovated, with a private swimming pool in the building, private parking for one car, a private beach on the lake, however it is necessary to have a vehicle to get around, especially to go to Switzerland (quite far from Geneva airport or the city of Lausanne, with frequent traffic jams). Public transport is complicated and underdeveloped.
