Cozy archipelago cottage on a lake plot with its own dock, patio and fully equipped kitchen. The cottage is located on the island of Långgarn, 7 minutes by my boat from Söderby pier. Can also pick up/drop off by car at the commuter train Tungelsta station, included. Free parking is available at Söderby dock. Access to 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and wood-fired sauna with outdoor shower. Close to a public sandy beach, 200 meters. Nice outdoor toilet with lake views. Very nice walking paths around the island, which is about 3 km long. There are no stores on the island.

In the middle of Utö with walking distance to beaches and fantastic nature is this little gem. Perfect for those who want to be quiet and stay in the middle of nature. The house is perfect for two people but works with, for example, 2 adults and 2 children. Just a few minutes' walk to the sea. Several excellent hiking trails are available on Utö. A map is located in the house. The "community" of Gruvan is about 4 km away where most restaurants, grocery stores, etc. are located. Get off the boat at Spränga brygga. To consider. The commuter train to Stockholm takes just under an hour.

Frönässtugan-Stockholm Archipelago

Here you wake up with a view of Svärdsö on the other side of the water and only 200 meters to a shared smaller sandy beach, swimming jetty and swimming raft. Two cottages can be arranged. The cottage is equipped with a sofa bed for two people (135 x 200 cm) and a fireplace. In the smaller cottage, there is sleeping space for two people (double bed). As well as a folding bed if needed. Wonderful surroundings for hiking in nature, swimming, berry picking or just relaxing. A few kilometers away there is a paddle track where times can be booked.

In the most southern part of Stockholm archipelago you will find our cosy little "bush retreat" at Torö/Svärdsö, 10 min drive from Torö stenstrand (pebble beach). Feel free to use our surfboards and go for a surf, use our rowing boat only, 10-15min walk from the cottage! 10-15 min drive to Nynäshamn where you can find almost everything and hang out in the harbor during the summer or if you want to explore Stockholm city, it is only 40-50 min drive. The busstop is only 100 meter from the cottage!

Modern getaway on Torö

Newly built, beautiful house on a natural plot on Torö. Close nice beaches and nature. Torö Stenstrand, famous Swedish Surf spot is 4 km away (10 min by car). In the summer, the pool is open, and the skateboard ramp is available. The well-planned house is 30 sqm, with a toilet/shower, kitchen, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, and a loft with two sleeping spaces. The living room has a combined sofa/bed. Outdoor patio with a large deck, and a grill is available. Surfboards/wetsuits can be borrowed.

Sleeping loft with 140 cm bed, access via steep ladder. Sofa bed for two on the ground floor. Perfect for those who want to live close to both nature and the city.

Stugan Storskär byggdes för några år sedan har allt du behöver för en bekväm vistelse på Utö, skärgårdens kanske vackraste och mest mångfacetterade ö. Stor altan med sol från lunch till sen kväll på somrarna. Utemöbler, kolgrill (kol ingår ej) och fullt utrustat kök, diskmaskin och AC. Brädspel, böcker, kortlek finns också. För barnen finns en lekstuga, leksaker, fotbollar, kubb och annat att låna. För regniga dagar finns Wifi och TV med Apple-TV men även en bastu på tomten.
