Our beach house gives you the opportunity to stay and enjoy a unique location by the sea. You have the property and the beach to yourselves, and they are a dream come true for sunbathing, swimming and relaxation. The beach is very shallow, which is suitable for both kids and dogs. The house is very much appreciated by canoeists, who then have a short paddle to the Stendörren Nature Reserve. Welcome to the cabin located 200 meters from the sea. The cottage has a separate bedroom and bathroom. Cozy terrace with a large lawn in front. The lovely house is walking distance (15 min) to picturesque Trosa C with wonderful restaurants, cafes and shops. Beaches and Trosa Havsbad within walking and cycling distance. Towels and bedlinen are included in the price. In the bathroom, you will find soap and shampoo at your disposal. There are a couple of bicycles in the summer if you want to discover the surroundings. In the beautiful Sörmland countryside on Road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cabin on the Uvsta Östergården farm. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and a store. The café serves light lunches and delicious pastries. A simple breakfast can be bought in the café. See the Café Östergården website. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bagarstuga is an older, charming 35 sqm cottage from the 1800s with beautiful views over the fields. Low ceilings!

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed.
