The villa has its own access road with gate. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room table for 8 people, a living room with fireplace and a guest toilet. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Via a staircase upstairs you reach the other 2 bedrooms; each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Each bedroom has its own terrace with a seating area. Halfway through the week, the villa is cleaned and the bed linen is changed.

The Sea Martin

Fifteen steps (literally) to the water. The tranquil waters of the serene east side of Lefkada in the Ionian Sea. On the top of the stairway, a three bedroom, two bathroom summer house, lying in a 1050 sq. m. lot of land in Perigiali Village. The land in its natural cypress, myrtle and acacias flora, but still with parking space for two vehicles. All the ingredients of a relaxed (or not) vacation are here.

It is located in Nydri near the Lefkada-Vasiliki ring road, making your access is very easy and relaxing. The distance from the center of Nydri is 300 meters and the sea is 700 meters so you can move comfortably on foot without problems.
