Peaceful location 100 yards from Happy Valley. 25 minute walk from Coulsdon South Station with a regular 30 minute train service to central London. The Annexe is a spacious studio with private entrance and outside decking area to enjoy a drink. King size bed, with desk/dressing table, TV, tea/coffee making facilities, toaster, microwave, wi-fi, TV (SKY) and sofa area. Contemporary en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Set in the lovely village of Old Oxted. Only a 1 -5 minute walk from 3 great pubs all serving good food and with nice atmosphere. Approx. a 15 minute walk from Oxted station which takes 40 minutes into central London.

Ideal for walkers and cyclists, the village has an award winning real ale pub with great food, a village shop and an Indian restaurant. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.
