Logement très confortable et propre, belle décoration, bien équipé, notamment une TV HD connectée (YouTube etc..). Wifi top. Et la climatisation est un vrai plus 👍 Tout pour se sentir à l’aise, comme chez soi, et même mieux ! Giacomo était toujours joignable et prêt à répondre à toutes nos questions. Quartier calme, et parking dans la rue sans problème tous les soirs. Un super airbnb pour explorer le sud de la Sardaigne. Je recommande vivement!

Abbiamo soggiornato a Samassi per motivi familiari e con una bambina di un anno. L’host Eleonora ci ha fornito chiare istruzioni su come arrivare all’appartamento, e una volta entrati abbiamo trovato un’ottima accoglienza con cialde di caffè, cappuccino, occorrente per la colazione e acqua. La casa era piccola ma confortevole e con tutto il necessario, inclusa la culla da campeggio per la bimba. Presenti lavatrice e asciugatrice che non abbiamo avuto la necessità di usare ma che sarebbero sicuramente stati molto utili nel caso di un soggiorno più lungo. Pulitissima, ordinata e in una posizione facilmente accessibile e silenziosa. Un grazie speciale a Eleonora che è stata gentilissima, disponibile e molto presente durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Ci vedremo presto sicuramente 😊

Dennis is a top host who will surely emerge as a super-host soon! The apartment was even nicer than in photos, it was very clean, new and smelled amazing. He welcomed us with traditional snacks which were delicious and gave us some small souvenirs as a goodbye. Communication was easy and quick. The apartment is located in a small city (Elmas) close to cagliari but it was a easy and quick ride to the city cagliari by car. Lidl and many restaurants were nearby. We can only recommend this gem and would love to meet again.

Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber der Blick auf die Landschaft und das Meer gleicht vieles aus. Der Garten ist schön angelegt mit netten Details. Eher ruhige Gegend mit wenig Tourismus.

La casa de Riccardo es una joya Estar ahí para mi fue como un regalo por estar en la ciudad y en una zona más tranquila. El espacio es muy cómodo y agradable. Ricardo fue paciente y accesible con mis tiempos . Un lugar especial para recargar pilas o para aterrizar de entrada. Gracias !

We’ve stayed at 70+ Airbnb’s now, but this one stands out - clearly one of the best! Leonardo went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the place was brand new with good facilities and appliances, and the views: just fantastic! A couple of evenings with the jacuzzi, a glass of wine and overlooking the stunning surroundings. Also the breakfasts outdoors with the same views. Magical! We were 4 people and came for hiking and did ‘path of the eagles’ and (part of) the Sardinia trail starting at the Foxi Manna beach (look them up at Alltrails - they are really nice). Also very much enjoyed the Foxi Manna beach - pristine and not at all busy in early June. The Jerzu restaurants are within walking distance (it’s a fairly steep walk down) and perhaps not a lot to chose from but the hospitality (and food) was great. We already miss the place and hope to come back one day. Thanks Leonardo - you rock! ❤️

Wunderschön gepflegte Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Das Highlight ist auf jeden Fall der riesige Garten. Viele schöne Pflanzen, toller Pool, der täglich gesäubert wird. Liebe zum Detail, tolle Beleuchtungen, Aussendusche, Nebelsprüher, Grill, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Unser Hund hat es geliebt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und super ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind super herzlich und kommunikativ. Wir waren für 4 Nächte dort und haben die meiste Zeit im Garten am Pool verbracht. Etwas abgelegen und off season nichts los, aber mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Calasetta. Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier absolut richtig. Würden wir auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
