Just Heaven truly lived up to its name! The laundry service was a thoughtful touch, making our stay so much easier, though we did lose two bras—maybe blown away by the wind! Overall, a wonderful stay and we’d come back for sure!

Great host. My only complaint is that they should have a solution for the flies so that you can enjoy outside without swatting them off the whole time. Lastly, it’s far from everywhere and everything and getting around became costly so take into consideration rebooking but the place is beautiful and peaceful.

The best place i would recommend.. Its the peaceful heaven i would have say... Mr.Boris... my man... he is always there for you... Olga is super friendly couldn't see her directly... but she helped me a lot though immediate response over the chat. The place is the best for the price and consist of 2 pools.

A gem of a place, with access to a great resort with really good facilities, all you need to relax and enjoy the paradise‘Zanzibar’. We had a wonderful three days in Kendwa, the apartment was spotless, well equipped with a great views of the sea, I have already recommended this apartment and would definitely stay there again.

The place gave us exactly what we came for in Zanzibar, the beach front , only issue i had was how to get to the place , google map took us to different Zanzibar beach house and I didn’t have a sim card or data to communicate wt the owner , I think it’s better to use matemwe or just heaven apartment coz the locals know this places , the lady Esta was always there to help with whatever we needed and the owner always asking if we needed anything, so me and my friends felt at home . Thanks for the memories.

Isaya is a great host. He helped us a lot in sorting out with local environment. On the last day of stay he drove us to airport at midnight and returned about 3 AM while it is quite tricky to drive on Zanzibar at night. Regarding the property - Zanzibar has big issues with electricity, but we always had air conditioneers working which is very important during hot season. Rooms were clear. Laundry machine worked well. Kitchen had everything required.

We enjoyed ourselves so much in this villa! 4 nice bedrooms with all the attached bathrooms. two kitchens but we only used the mail. Great fun and freezer which was appreciated! Amazing pool and everything taken care of. Patrik and his crew took great care of us, were always around but not that it was intrusive. The dirt road there was a disaster but could still drive with a stroller on it. The beach reached after a walk of 15 minutes. There is not much around but after a couple of days we found a shop and things that were needed. Patrik helped us with everything we needed. We stayed here completely privately and felt safe. Since we were traveling with toddlers, I was missing a cot and high chair that is easy to get so it's something that might be fixed. Good AC in the rooms and very nice and cared for garden.

This place is AMAZING! The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a long or short stay. It was actually the only place I found with good wifi in Zanzibar as I work remotely. It is literally 5 min to the beach! The host was also super responsive, gave me a lot of tips and even helped me find a great piece of art. I was also welcomed with a mix of fruits which was a great touch. Stop your search and book this place now!

Micaela’s house is beautiful facing a stunning beach. Chinga welcomed us and let us in earlier than expected, which was a huge relief. He was incredibly responsive and helpful - always popped round when we needed him. Asante Chinga! Halima cooked us a lovely breakfast. We also had a great massage. We enjoyed the Yoga Bar, Imani Beach Hotel breakfast and a couple of good dinners at Zan View. The house is stylish, the sand garden delightful and through the tiny gate you are already on the beautiful beach. Definitely recommend!

We were a little skeptical due to the latest rather bad review. We then booked anyway, as we were able to check in at very short notice and the price was simply great. What luck: it was definitely the most spacious and comfortable accommodation we had on our tour of Zanzibar👍👍👍 Especially the large living/dining room was pleasantly cool despite the heat and we spent a cozy game night there in heavy rain. This room is the only one in the house that is equipped only with metal mosquito repellent and without window panes. So there is always a pleasant breeze through the many windows. Thank you for the lovely stay!

The villa more or less meets the description, needs some renovation. Close to the beach and kids loved the pool. The surrounding is not so nice because of construction all around. Very nice communication from Eliasa, thank you very much!

Our stay in Uroa was wonderful. Emanuele put us in touch with his property manager who helped us with everything from airport transfers, setting up tours and even getting some medicine when some of our family came down with the flu. Uroa is a little bit remote in terms of amenities but that is what we were looking for. There are a few local restaurants within walking distance on the beach but not much more than that. We enjoyed walking the beach every day, swimming and wading out to the sand bar at low tide. There are also people/companies on the beach if you want to setup snorkeling tours or watersports. The caretaker and the housekeeper do a wonderful job keeping up the property and the housekeeper even made a few meals for us with the groceries we bought in Stonetown! The house was beautiful and in good repair. Beds were good and the pool was great to relax in. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay, just what we needed at the end of our trip to Tanzania!

We loved our stay at Carola & Mado's place! The villa was very clean and spacious with everything we needed to cook inside. There is a big balcony with sea views and nice breeze. We felt cool with the fans even though it was hot season. Carola was proactive and gave clear instructions. Salum was available on the property and responsive. Very easy communication. The beach is a 2 minute walk away and town is also a 2 minute walk away where you can buy basic groceries, water and snacks. There is also an affordable Italian resturant nearby that serves tasty pizzas! Our favorite part of the place was the pool surrounded by beautiful plants and trees. We will definitely stay here again when coming to Kiwengwa.

Communication with host Yussuf was seamless and timely. His responses were clear and concise. He gave us a good discount for our family of 4. The co host pendo was super kind. She checked us in and also took us to the pier restaurant for that much needed dinner by the ocean. She also recommended places to shop at in case we needed to. The caretaker was also polite, present and alert. The place is very clean, quiet and most of all I appreciated the private pool. Thank you Yussuf and Pendo

It was so lovely to stay here at Lapili residence. Cannot recommend them enough, the hospitality of the staff/guards were so amazing. They’re such kind people and helped us out whenever we needed, even the littlest things. Also major football fans! Great location to the beach as well with a private beach beds for you to use. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay in Zanzibar, this is it :)

Patrick was the best host we had in Sansibar. A friend of mine and I are travelling the island and Patrick was very kind and helpful, he booked us a Safari. Thanks for that 🙏🏻 Its nice to talk with him and he also cooked rice and beans for us which was very tasty!! Definitely recommend to stay in this apartment. The staff was the best part of the stay. They were amazing, especially Dan. The property is next to the beach and in the middle of a village. Seeing the African culture and way of living mixed with paradisiac views…was riveting. Several descent restaurants in the area as well. Will definitely book again.

Really lovely apartment with wonderful outside space and air conditioned en suite bedrooms. I loved being able to nip to the beach for my early morning swim and then come back to relax in the pool which, although it's small, was great for cooling off. We managed to have all 4 of us (2 adults plus 2 full sized teens) in at once. Sonia was really welcoming and very helpful, always responding quickly to queries both before and during our stay. She also gave us handy info about local restaurants who we could message and have deliver to the apartment which was perfect for us. Eating on the terrace every night was great. All in all a lovely week in a beautiful apartment with a great host. Thank you

We stayed 7 weeks at Saids place and liked it very much. From the beginning we had 2 people whom we could anytime ask for help. We felt very safe at Saids place and did not even shut the appartment with a key since there is a big fence around the buildung. The area in which the appartment is located is rather quiet the village ist about 5 minutes walk away and there are not many tourists around. The walking distance to the beach and a very nice resort called Waikiki is about 5 minutes away. Said himself was very helpful and friendly. He invited us for a great homemade dinner (the best we had in Zanzibar) and repaired Christians bicycle. We would be glad to come back stay there and meet Said again.

The villa was absolutely beautiful. It looks much bigger in real life than in the pictures. It’s right next to the beach, making it easy to go for long walks along the shore. There are also many local restaurants nearby. I want to thank Grace ❤️ and the security gentleman for their help and kindness—they truly made my stay special!
