My place is close to the historic center of Numana, about 500 meters from the beaches, with easy access to all the main services. The house is comfortable and quiet, fresh, and economical in relation to the living spaces. Suitable for couples and families with children, the beaches can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot or by public shuttle bus. In the evening, the house falls within the ZTL area, so there are no traffic or noise problems. Renovated with A/C in the rooms
