Vacation rentals with a home theater in Nuevo Vallarta Channel

We had a great stay at SOHO PV. Sebastian was very helpful with check-in and provided some recommendations for food. The apartment is gorgeous and the views are amazing, conveniently located.

Un departamento increíble, muy bonito y excelentemente ubicado. Tiene todo para pasar unas vacaciones el familia con mucha comodidad.

Nuestra estancia fue inmejorable, el alojamiento estaba impecable y completamente equipado, la playa con acceso privado y muy tranquila! Las instalaciones son súper cómodas y el personal muy amable, el lugar cuenta con restaurant que también tiene comida bastante rica. A nuestra llegada los anfitriones fueron muy amables, nos explicaron todo detalladamente, siempre al pendiente de todo, la comunicación no tuvo ni un inconveniente. Definitivamente regresamos esperando que sea muy pronto.

We had to find another location last minute due to our original rental not having water for a day and a half and Janeth was very quick to respond to our request! It was clean, quiet, and with a great rooftop pool view to the ocean! Definitely recommend and would stay here again if we decide to come to PV!

Excellent location , near restaurants, malls and beach clubs. The place was very clean and functional. We only would like that the fees charged upon arrival to be included in the rate so as not to have any problems with cash and 8 person group.

Wonderful suite and great for kids. We really enjoyed our stay and Rebecca was very helpful with all that we needed. The food on site had a limited menu but the tacos were great. The beach was quiet and very pleasenat with lots of beautiful shade trees and tables. The space was clean and comfortable. The only thing missing was access to a washer and dryer but they had an affordable laundry service. The deck and view of the pool were very relaxing and beautiful. The hotel could be a bit cleaner ( dead flies in the hotel map diagram) but we really had a great time and no major complaints. The staff was very friendly. We are thankful for our stay and would seriously consider staying with Rebecca and Carlos again.

The VIEW from the 18th floor is spectacular ! Sitting on the deck looking at the ocean with amazing sunsets and watching the cruise ships “what a wonderful vacation”. The condo is exactly as it was described and the pictures don’t due it justice . The condo is fully stocked of everything you need to stay for a short time or extended holiday. The condo was exceptionally clean and very modern. The pool area is HUGE you don’t feel like you are on top of people. Whats nice is the Peninsula is right on the beach and steps to the ocean. Communication with the owner is excellent , Sharon is the person who meets with you and gets you settled. I have travelled many places and used Air BnB and this place is absolutely the best to date. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a beautiful view of the ocean, a great location that is in walking distance to the Malls, Downtown, Marina etc…Can’t wait to come Back

lo mejor de mi alojamiento fue Andrew, siempre se mostró preocupado por qué todo saliera perfecto, y aunque hubo detalles menores Andrew siempre los resolvió de inmediato y eso hace que valga la pena porque no sientes que te dejan solo

Very nice place. Rooftop pool is awesome. Relatively short walk to beach. Need to take cooler and chairs to beach because the chairs available there are just a few and usually occupied. Very nice place, looks like new.

I just spent a few nights at Christian’s La Casa Perfecta. My ONLY compliant is that I didn’t stay longer. I was truly a unique Airbnb experience for me. Very easy check-in, I immediately felt welcomed in his home, like a real “guest”, not just a stranger from Airbnb. And his dogs, they are SO adorable and friendly. The house is truly stunning, so warm and inviting, with lots of relaxed lighting throughout the day and night. I loved just sitting outside in the morning enjoying coffee in the morning sunshine. I had to work while I was there, but Christian has a great work area set up in the bedroom (which is truly lovely by the way). One thing that was so unique is that Christian has supplied a fun set of games for your stay. And snacks (and beer, and tequila!) I’ve stayed at shared rooms before, and usually you feel fairly locked in your room the entire stay. Totally not the case at La Casa Perfecta. I really felt that the entire house was mine for my stay. I’ll be coming back!

Como en casa! Una estancia realmente agradable, la casa es perfectas condiciones, todo muy limpio y ordenado. Definitivamente regresaremos mi familia y yo. Los anfitriones muy atentos, amables y siempre al pendiente.

One of the best AirBnb hosts we've had. Excellent, and truly 5-star. Stay here! You will NOT regret it. (The pools and the grounds are truly unbelievable.)

Enrique was an excellent host. His concierge staff was also amazing to work with the place was lovely when we did have a couple of small issues. He was very quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed and I would absolutely stay there again thank you Enrique.

The condo was a nice play to stay during our time in Punta Mita. While there was only a few places to eat on the property- we enjoyed.

Where do I even start? My friend and I stayed here for 9 days and we fell in love with Kent’s home. Best Airbnb ever. The pictures don’t do it justice. The view is a dream. We would watch the sunset while listening to music on the Sonos almost every night. Kent is by far the most welcoming, responsive, kind, and thorough host I’ve ever met with amazing local recs. The condo is designed beautifully. I loved how much character and charm there was. It’s on a hill, but we enjoyed walking up and down for extra exercise. But when we were tired, Ubers were quick and cheap (we are talking a few dollars from the romantic zone areas). There is also so much to do close by. The street below is a little noisy, but we didn’t care at all. I’m a super light sleeper and I didn’t mind. I even played my white noise through the Sonos! The curtains are also blackout. The beds are quite soft, but it was comfortable nonetheless. We cannot wait to stay again. I could go on and on.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Zona Romantica. You can walk to pretty much everything and the airport isn't that far away. My only nit pick is that I wish we didn't have to wait for the doorman to open up for us every time.

Disfrutamos mucho el lugar! El departamento está precioso y la ubicación nos pareció muy buena. Paulina tuvo comunicación conmigo todo el tiempo y fue muy atenta. Me puso cunas para mis bebés y fue muy linda. Mi familia lo disfruto mucho.

The condo was beautiful and just as described! The amenities at the Sayan I day are wonderful and we enjoyed eating at the rooftop pool almost everyday. The staff is attentive. Jesus was wonderful, communicated with us throughout our stay and we would highly recommend this condo. The location is minutes from the Romantic Zone and you can walk or take a quick uber/taxi into town and be there within minutes. We really enjoyed the Amapas and Conchas Chinas beaches that were directly below the condo. Thank you for another memorable stay in PV! We will be back!

Fué muy grato habernos hospedado en el Airbnb, ya que contamos con toda la comodidad que ofrece y pudimos disfrutar realmente de todo el espacio ya que te invita por si solo. Sin duda alguna lo recomendamos y volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí! :)))
