Extraordinary and comfortable beach house, ideal for a family vacation. All bedrooms have a full bathroom. It has an equipped kitchen, pool, bar area (canteen), large garden, barbecue, ample parking space, and is in a completely quiet and safe area. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. It is in an excellent location, just blocks from the hotel area, restaurants, OXXO, pharmacies, gas stations, and bars. The residential complex has a boat ramp. For more than 16 guests, there is an additional charge.

Amazing 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. the condo is on the 8th floor of the oceanfront condominium sayan Beach which has the best rooftoop in all puerto vallarta! There are big white marble floors throughout the Apartment with surround bose sound, high speed internet, 4 tv´s, Dish Usa, Vitra and Restoratio Hardware furniture, spectacular views to the bay and los muertos beach, the building has 3 pools on the lobby plus an infinite pool on the rooftop, 2 jacuzzies, sauna room, massage room and gym.
