A la hora de diseñar y decorar el alojamiento, se configuro como una gran suite donde los huéspedes puedan disfrutar del máximo confort y detalle, sentirse en un hogar con la independencia que ello conlleva y con todas las comodidades que ofrece una casa. El propósito final no es otro que los huéspedes tengan un recuerdo imborrable de su estancia. Toda la decoración ha sido muy estudiada, para que sea un lugar verdaderamente privilegiado, donde he dado cabida a parte de mis viajes, pues se han colgado cuadros traídos de Bali, tapices y telas de Camboya, y todo ello mezclado con muebles y objetos que he ido adquiriendo durante años de diferentes lugares y sitios, dando lugar a una mezcla muy especial, en un ambiente único y que le da un magnetismo exclusivo al lugar. Concretamente se trata de un apartamento, situado en la localidad de Marbella, en la exclusiva zona denominada Golden Mile, cercana a alojamientos tan exclusivos como el hotel Puente Romano y el Hotel Marbella Club. El apartamento, de un dormitorio, cuenta con capacidad para cuatro personas, una cama principal en el dormitorio y un sofá cama en el salón, esta conceptuado o bien para una pareja o para una pareja con uno o dos niños,que quieran disfrutar de una estancia tranquila, en una zona residencial y exclusiva, cercana a todas las áreas de interés de la localidad de Marbella, cuenta con una terraza de 44 metros cuadrados con vistas a la iconica y emblemática montaña de Marbella "La Concha". El apartamento está dentro de un conjunto residencial, de pocas casas contando con sistema de videovigilancia y zonas comunes de jardín y una piscina de tamaño considerable, en función al número total de vecinos. En definitiva, es un lugar situado en un mar de tranquilidad y desconexión a poca distancia, de todo lo que ofrece un lugar como Marbella. Complejo conformado por 28 casas, con gran privacidad, cámaras de seguridad en las zonas de acceso y comunes, aparcamiento para 2 coches, piscina con jardin y zona de hamacas, que cuenta habitualmente con poca confluencia de personas, al no contar con muchos vecinos, conserje. Con fácil acceso al recinto de los conciertos de Starlite, así como a las zonas de ocio y restauración mas selectas o reconocidas de Marbella (Restaurante La Meridiana, Bibo de Dani Garcia; Trocadero Playa, Hotel Puente Romano, Marbella Club, Restaurante Sol y Luna) (Discoteca Olivia Valere, Finca Besaya, Funky Bhuda) Atención personalizada. Al contar con amplios conocimientos de Marbella y alrededores. Esta urbanización, magníficamente ubicada equidistante entre la Ciudad de Marbella y Puerto Banús, justo enfrente del Hotel Puente Romano, en el corazón de la Milla de Oro. Las Lomas constituye un oasis de tranquilidad que pocas urbanizaciones disfrutan hoy día. Los complejos residenciales más importantes de Marbella están ubicadas dentro o junto a Las Lomas del Marbella Club. Con fácil acceso a la autovía y a la autopista (a 1 min en coche) lo cual facilita mucho la logística. A menos de 5 minutos en coche del centro comercial La Cañada, el más grande de Andalucía, donde encontrás tiendas espectaculares, cines y restaurantes de todo tipo y para todos los gustos. Ana ist eine der besten Gastgeberinnen, die ich hier kennenlernen durfte. Das Appartement war sauber, lag sehr zentral & man kann ohne Probleme überall hin. Märkte & eine Apotheke sind auch in der Nähe. Die Zimmer sind sauber & und es ist ausreichend Material vorhanden. Auf unseren Wunsch hat Ana auch ein Babybett arrangiert- was wir sehr hoch anrechnen. Danke Ana!!

Nice apartment in quiet area. Perfect fit for 4 Persons (adults or family), also for longer stay. Clean, two bathrooms, nice terrace, although you will stay most of the in the city. You need a car, but privat, secured parking lot. Not for party people. Come home, relax, move on to the city. Nice host. Didn't meet her personally, but always quick response and very detailed in the information provides.

Samia was warm, friendly, helpful and extremely responsive from the moment we booked our first air BnB holiday abroad! Her beautiful home is very comfortable and homely with modern furnishings and a lovely open plan living space. The terrace was a peaceful haven and was a lovely outdoor space to relax in. The pool and surrounding stunning gardens were a joy. The children especially loved the pool and it was easy to watch them playing in a safe environment whilst we could enjoy the sun beds. The area is a peaceful location and we enjoyed exploring mainly on foot, walking to the centre of Puerto Banus (about 25 mins) and also visiting the Arena area for some good food and the market on the Saturday. Our trips to Marbella by bus and to Estapona were also wonderful! Thank you again for a lovely relaxing holiday Samia! 🪷🌊😎

Mi estancia fue increíble, nada más llegar me di cuenta que el apartamento era el indicado para desconectar unos días de todo. Está cuidado al detalle y con las mejores vistas que hay alrededor sin duda. Todo impecable, y no hay detalle que no hayan tenido en cuenta para los huéspedes. Margarita es encantadora, siempre atenta, cualquier cosa te responde rápido y te lo resuelve con facilidad. En definitiva, uno de los mejores sitios que he estado por la tranquilidad que da el lugar.

We were a family of 8 (including a 2 year old) This villa is perfect. Everyone had their own bathrooms and the older members of the family had their own annex bedroom/bathroom. Just perfect. Comfortable beds with all the bedrooms having easy to use air-conditioning. The whole villa was very clean and tidy. The living room is really spacious and the kitchen has everything you need with easy to use appliances. Outside is amazing from the comfortable sun loungers to all the seating units around the villa. The pool is great, it has a shallow end so the little one could easily stand and play. The sun is in the garden all day however there is plenty of shade available. The bbq was a real hit. The walk to the beach and the town are both an easy flat 10min walk. We found enough bars to grab a drink, food and icecreams. We found a supermarket that supplied everything we needed. Uber or Pide taxi app were brilliant for bringing shopping back. Karina is absolutely lovely. Very quick to reply

My family and I had a great week at William’s house! The place was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable for all of us. William was an excellent host — very reactive and flexible with check-in and check-out times, which really helped with our travel plans. Communication was smooth and easy throughout our stay. We definitely recommend this place!

WOW - we had such an amazing time staying at Susie's place. The highlight for us had to be sitting on the balcony each night, wathcing the sun set over the beach listening to the waves and smellign the BBQ coming from local nearby restaurants. We aboslutely loved the location, close to many incredible restaurants, within walking distance of the historical center and many parks for our two toddlers. The house is well equipped with a crib, high chair and a tub for little ones. The rooms were spacious, incredibly clean and the kitchen was well appointed. We would happily return again!
