When designing and decorating the accommodation, it was configured as a large suite where guests can enjoy maximum comfort and detail, feel at home with the independence that this entails and with all the amenities that a house offers. The ultimate goal is for guests to have an unforgettable memory of their stay. All the decoration has been carefully studied to make it a truly privileged place, where I have included part of my travels, as paintings brought from Bali, tapestries and fabrics from Cambodia have been hung, and all this mixed with furniture and objects that I have been acquiring for years from different places and sites, giving rise to a very special mix, in a unique atmosphere and that gives an exclusive magnetism to the place. Specifically, it is an apartment, located in the town of Marbella, in the exclusive area called Golden Mile, close to accommodations as exclusive as the Puente Romano Hotel and the Marbella Club Hotel. The one-bedroom apartment has room for four people, a master bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It is designed for a couple or a couple with one or two children who want to enjoy a quiet stay in a residential and exclusive area, close to all the areas of interest in the town of Marbella. It has a 44 square meter terrace overlooking Marbella's iconic and emblematic mountain "La Concha". The apartment is within a residential complex, with few houses with a video surveillance system and common garden areas and a swimming pool of considerable size, depending on the total number of neighbors. In short, it is a place located in a sea of tranquility and disconnection within walking distance of everything a place like Marbella offers. A complex made up of 28 houses, with great privacy, security cameras in the access and common areas, parking for 2 cars, a swimming pool with a garden and a hammock area, which usually has few people, as it does not have many neighbors, and a concierge. With easy access to the Starlite concert venue, as well as the most select or renowned leisure and restaurant areas of Marbella (La Meridiana Restaurant, Bibo de Dani Garcia; Trocadero Playa, Hotel Puente Romano, Marbella Club, Sol y Luna Restaurant) (Olivia Valere Nightclub, Finca Besaya, Funky Bhuda) Personalized attention. By having extensive knowledge of Marbella and its surroundings. We can provide information regarding all possible activities you want to do, leisure, sports, cultural activities, beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping area, and places to visit. This development, superbly located equidistant between the City of Marbella and Puerto Banús, just opposite the Hotel Puente Romano, in the heart of the Golden Mile. Las Lomas is an oasis of tranquility that few developments enjoy today. Marbella's most important residential complexes are located within or next to Las Lomas del Marbella Club. With easy access to the highway and freeway (1 min drive) which makes logistics much easier. Less than a 5-minute drive from La Cañada shopping mall, the largest in Andalusia, where you'll find spectacular shops, movie theaters, and restaurants of all kinds and for all tastes. Mainly by private car, although it has all the amenities within walking distance (supermarkets, restaurants, and leisure). However, it is advisable to have your own vehicle to get around and to get to know Marbella, its areas and surroundings. Easily accessible from the highway, Nagueles exit. From Marbella, by the Hotel Puente Romano, towards the Mosque. The entrance to Las Lomas is through a magnificent arch, located just above the Mosque on the way to La Meridiana Restaurant. There are two more entrances that can be found in front of Olivia Valère on the Carretera de Istán and through the Camino de los Manchones, which gives access to the areas of Marbella Hill Club, Marbella Sierra Blanca, Nagüeles and Camoján. Less than a 5-minute drive from La Cañada shopping mall, the largest in Andalusia, where you'll find spectacular shops, movie theaters, and restaurants of all kinds and for all tastes. Two children under the age of 10 can stay within the set price. FOR STAYS EQUAL TO OR LESS THAN THREE NIGHTS: Third and fourth additional guests over 10 years of age: 20 euros per person per night.

Carlos’s apartment is top class.. It has every utensil you can think of.. My wife said that even the hair dryer was of a very good quality. the air con was very good also which was needed as the temperatures hit 38 degrees Celsius during our stay.. The apartment and bathroom are very spacious with a very large walk-in shower in which the flow of water was very powerful.. you are approx 60 meters from the promenade walkway and the beach.. you are an approx 1km walk from the middle of old town square.. the bus stop and taxi rank are also very close the main gate of apartment block.. we met Carlos and wife on our check out who are lovely people and were very prompt on responding to our questions.. we will definitely be back to stay here..

We enjoyed a fabulous stay at Céline &Frederic’s apartment. It was extremely well equipped and had every thing we needed. A beautiful comfortable terrace to enjoy the warm evenings. Everything was clean tidy and very homely. It was peaceful and quiet up in the mountains, you definitely need a car but suited us perfectly for travelling around for golf. Would highly recommend 😊

We spent 11 days in the beautiful villa of Serena as a family. The villa looks exactly like the photos, the view is even more beautiful in real life:) The quiet location was great just because of our son. Nevertheless, we were in the middle of the action with our car within a short time. The villa has a great location to explore the surrounding cities. It was very nice of Serena to have the fridge with first things like water, toast and cold cuts ready for the first breakfast. We arrived Sunday evening and were very grateful for the service. The air conditioning was very handy. Serena's husband was also very nice at check-in and was available for tips. We highly recommend the place and would definitely go back.

Nice apartment in quiet area. Perfect fit for 4 Persons (adults or family), also for longer stay. Clean, two bathrooms, nice terrace, although you will stay most of the in the city. You need a car, but privat, secured parking lot. Not for party people. Come home, relax, move on to the city. Nice host. Didn't meet her personally, but always quick response and very detailed in the information provides.

Nice place in the heart of Puerto Banus. Well planned and well equipped modern style apartment, safe place! Made a great experience for a good holiday for a family.

Luxury 2/3 bed Apartment nr Puerto Banus

We had one of our best holiday's in Billy's apartment. The living room is very spacious . The 2 bedrooms are really nice and so are the bathrooms. we were with 6 persons and the 3rd toilet was a convenient extra. The kitchen is amazingly big for a regular apartment like this and had everything we needed to prepare dinners. Suitcases were easy storing away in de laundry space. The Lounge set outside with huge parasol is very nice and in the evening we were able to see little lights everywhere. It was too warm outside to eat el fresco, but the dinner table with chairs inside are comfortable. There were always enough sun loungers at the pool area and we loved it. We noticed that they stopped heating the pool from September 1st and then it got colder each day, that was a pitty. Thanks Billy, we will be back!
