Great space, great location, even with a trendy bar downstairs, it didn't influence the noise at all. Bakeries, pharmacies and restaurants near the location. The area is very safe. Tatiana was super helpful, always responding quickly and giving the necessary attention.

The apartment is super comfortable and the condominium has an incredible leisure area. Apart from the view from the balcony, which is simply perfect. I recommend it 100%.

Clean, cozy and very well-maintained environment. One of the points that most caught my attention was the attention to detail on the part of the host, from pharmacy items with basic medicines available to guests to a practical space for luggage storage. The bedding was of good quality, as well as the kitchen utensils, all in great condition. Very pleasant stay, I recommend.

Fantastic and pristine place in ASA Sud, really liked the place a lot with a lot of comfortable amenities. It’s very convenient if one chooses to stay in ASA Sud with all its fantastic restaurants, coffee places and grocery stores. I would very happily book this place again…

Property better than the photos and with a structure that you can spend the day without having to leave, both for adults and children. As the place is a little far from the city center, there is a very good silence!!! Augusto (host) there is nothing to say, attentive, available and always present to solve any problem.

We spent the Easter holiday and the house is simply a great place to enjoy with the family. Air-conditioned rooms, all with an en-suite bathroom, a large kitchen with all the accessories and utensils you can imagine, and integrated with the dining and living room. The separate barbecue area next to the pool is also fantastic and complete! Equipped with a fridge, electric oven, Cooktop stove and various utensils. We don't miss anything. At the back of the house there is an orchard with different types of fruit and a very green grassy area! The children had a lot of fun and spent most of the time in the position. We are so grateful for the welcome we received from our host Sérgio. It was a spectacular family vacation!

I really liked the location, lots of shops. I didn't like that the pools were freezing, you couldn't swim and the TV system was very confusing, it doesn't get the channels very well and there aren't many channel options, it's a little confusing to get in the day you arrive and check in. The Ofuro is paid but it is very warm and you can share an hour for more people 30 minutes for each, because you can not stay an hour. The sauna is also nice. The apartment is small and simple but well arranged. Rodrigo was very attentive, but it was worth it.

The condominium has a very good structure, including leisure and other services such as a cafeteria, pizzeria, convenience store, etc. The condominium has a beautiful view of the lake, which makes the stay even more pleasant.
