Marcelo was very attentive from before the reservation, clarifying some doubts, until check-out. Very beautiful, well-maintained space, matching the photos and description. The difference, for me, was the trees in all the windows. Restaurant, pizzeria and some shops nearby, no car needed for transportation. It is certainly one of the favorites for hosting in Brasilia.

I have nothing but praise for this apartment. The host was super friendly and welcomed us very well, always responding to messages quickly and politely. The apartment is beautiful, all organized, all new, fragrant. The Wi-Fi works perfectly, the bed is spacious, there are utensils in the kitchen that you can use, such as a stove, cutlery, glasses, plates. The TV worked very well, the air conditioning too. The apartment is in an extremely pleasant, quiet hotel, the outside of the hotel is wonderful, it has a heated pool which I thought was perfect because we went in cold weather. Only compliments!!! P.S. The hotel's Wi-Fi, outside, also works perfectly. I listened to music and watched a game on YouTube without crashing!

My stay at Maiko's apartment was very peaceful and pleasant. The apartment consists of all the necessary items for the period I was staying, as well as the common spaces of the condominium, which is super organized. Maiko was always available and solved the difficulties I had during the stay. He proved to be a great host. The location of the apartment is good for those who need to be close to the airport and Asa Sul, but it also has connections to other regions of Brasilia, including by public transport (bus closer than the subway). Around (or near) the condominium there are options for supermarkets, bakery and so on. I recommend the accommodation, especially for those looking for an apartment with more services than those usually found in Plano Piloto, being very close to Plano.
