The condominium is very beautiful, has a well-structured gym and 24-hour convenience. When I return to Brasilia, I will try to stay in the apartment again. I recommend it to everyone.

Thank you for the space shared by Dona Ione, all impeccable. We feel very well installed, the location is wonderful and had everything close to restaurants, bars, market, pharmacy and a lot of green area. Quiet, peaceful and with plenty of air circulation. We went to work and we liked it very much, all made available with great affection and care. We will certainly be back!

The apartment is exactly as described, small and practical for a short period. The host is solicitous and responds quickly. The surroundings are quiet and wooded, very pleasant. The neighbor's work only bothered me at first, it must be a temporary situation. There are shops around and the ice cream shop/cafeteria on the ground floor is really good. Just be aware that the bakeries/snack bars on the block open later, around 9 a.m. However, there are breakfast options within a 10-minute walk.

Great apartment, very functional and cozy. The double bed was quite comfortable, the shower was very good and had hot water. The room has a comfortable workspace and a very good view. The living room sofa, which is also a sofa bed, is comfortable, whether for sleeping or watching TV. The kitchen is quite functional, has the basic utensils, and served me perfectly. It has a washing machine in the service area. The building is in a good location, close to supermarkets, shopping and bars. It has a basic fitness center, laundry room, swimming pool. A great cost-benefit.
