Single-story house completely restored in 2023, quiet and peaceful. The house is located on an equestrian farm that can accommodate horses. Close to Loches Forest with many horseback riding, hiking and cycling routes. Lake Chemillé with its tree climbing (5 km). Municipal swimming pool open in summer (5 km). Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.
