⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Clean, Comfortable, and Thoughtfully Prepared! We had a great stay! The place was spotless, quiet, and exactly what we needed for a few nights of good sleep and hot showers. It was clear that the host put thought into making guests feel welcome—there was a mini chocolate bar and a bottle of water waiting for each of us when we arrived, which was such a kind touch after a long day of travel. Check-in was smooth, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. While we didn’t spend much time there beyond resting, it was the perfect place to recharge. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy spot!

Had a great stay. Jamie was helpful and responded quickly, and accommodated us kindly. The house is very close to the ferry, which made the trek with luggage very easy. The house is one lot from the ocean, and hot tub on the roof has a great view. The mattress was also really great, sleeping well isn’t usually in the Pines experience but it was a highlight this trip

I really enjoyed myself on this brief stay and would gladly stay again the next time I’m on Long Island. Everything was positive, from my communication with Edward, to their flexibility when I overslept, to the comfort of the bed. Highly recommended if you’re on Long Island and don’t feel like staying at a hotel.

We had a great stay. The apartment is even nicer than the photos can show, especially the high ceilings, and it's an easy walk to anywhere in Greenport. Amanda has provided every amenity you could need, including a full laundry. There's a very nice coffee maker, so don't forget to either bring coffee or K-pods (it takes either). Amanda was very responsive to any questions we had. If you're a breakfast person, Crazy Beans was a great classic diner spot, and we had a great Mexican lunch at Lucharito's.

Jason was a great host. Very responsive to any questions we had while staying on Shelter Island. The location is great - easy walk from the North Ferry and central to great restaurants. Airbnb was exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay again! Thanks again Jason!

Kelly and Rick’s place is absolutely beautiful and a perfect retreat for couples or anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic experience in Montauk. We’ve lived on LI our whole lives but never got to explore the east end until now, and Kelly’s place is the PERFECT location! It’s near town with great restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores nearby, near hiking trails where we got to see seals and beautiful views of the ocean, near the lighthouse, near great fishing spots, etc., not to mention the gorgeous view of Lake Montauk right on their property. We used their fire pit and had a fire the last night of our stay as well! We had a BLAST and had such a relaxing weekend. The apartment was very clean and has everything you could need for your stay, and Kelly was super attentive and responsive when it came to answering our questions and inquiries. Thank you again for giving us such a beautiful place to stay! 10/10 recommend! We’ll definitely be back🌊❤️☀️

We had a fabulous stay at this adorable cottage. It had everything we needed and more. Great spaces indoors and out to hang out, walkable to one of our favorite wineries, other wineries & restaurants close by. Appreciated having a tandem kayak to use & explore Goose Creek. Enjoyed watching birds, including Baltimore oriole parents in a nest in the backyard. Would return again. Thank you!

Charming, cozy, and comfortable house. Great for couples or solo travelers. Everything was as described in the listing. No frills, but delivers the basics really well. Location is relatively centralized and provides pretty easy access to other areas nearby such as Sag Harbor and East Hampton. The neighborhood location gives off a suburban vibe. Very detailed communication from hosts. Overall, a great value.

Ashley’s location was amazing and the entire layout was efficient. The automated blinds and Sonos wireless surround system were amazing highlights of the property. The hot tub worked flawlessly and the amenities were well stocked. Ashley’s house is well stocked to host a private dinner party for guests with the large prep sink and counter areas. The newly renovated kitchen cabinets all had slow closure mechanisms and the dual oven microwave was a nice touch. The dual shower head in the downstairs bathroom was a useful amenity as well.

Beautiful house and perfect location for our trip! The backyard area with the pool was very private and a great setup! It was a convenient location to get to multiple different towns in the area. Definitely recommend staying here.

What a dream stay! From the get go Vanessa was responsive and helpful with the booking. Our Girls Gone MILD Bach trip needed a home that would keeps us in vs out and this GORGEOUS home with it’s beautiful garden and pool/jacuzzi/patio made it the most memorable stay. We loved playing board games in the living room and dining at that warm long table! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed as well (plenty of wine glasses for all the Wolffer Rose we got) and don’t get me started on the book in the basement rooms. There were towels, beach gear, umbrellas, and all the things you could possibly need for an unexpected rainy day or to have a good time at the pool/beach! Also the walk to the public access to the private beach was a short walk through such lovely neighborhoods! I’m hoping to come back and stay here again! The girls and I loved waking up to the pristine garden views and the occasional bunny that would hop across the lawn! We were definitely sad to leave ˙◠˙

We had a lovely fall weekend stay at Paul’s place. The house and the water views are just as pictured. Convenient location allowed us a good home base to explore the north fork wine trail and local businesses. We did have one small plumbing issue during our stay however Paul was extremely responsive to ensure it did not affect our stay at all. It was a nice experience having such a responsive host. Overall our friend group had a great time and would return again.

Lovely setting in the woods. We loved the layout, including many windows with beautiful views. Quiet neighborhood that is very walkable. Seeing baby deer in the spring was an unexpected bonus. Spacious bedrooms with extremely comfy beds. Host responded quickly when we had an issue. The private beach is a fantastic feature and easy to access. Check in and check out were super easy.

We had a wonderful stay with my family! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The check-in process was easy and communication was clear and prompt. Anisha and Rob are great host, very friendly and responsive. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The house is spacious. I really appreciated how well the place was maintained. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Southampton!

John and Cathy are amazing hosts. This was our second consecutive summer stay in their condo and it does not disappoint. The place and the amenities they provide are amazing and they are a wonderful couple who respects your privacy but are there for anything you need. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Cliffside for our wedding weekend! Alice was very flexible with us, which we appreciated because getting married is chaotic enough LOL. Would highly recommend staying here. The unit was spotless and had a wonderful view. We could not have asked for a better stay!

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

Jeff's place has a lot of character and is spacious. The setting is excellent, near the water, with Satterly Landing right down the road. We enjoyed our stay.

George was a wonderful host , so available and willing to help with local knowledge and suggestions. The Condo is beautiful with a stunning sea view and plenty of amenities. I would definitely recommend this place to all .

Had an amazing stay in Greenport. The condo was exactly as listed, extremely clean and has a ton of amenities. Tom communicated from when the reservation was booked until the end, he was readily available, answered quickly and gave tons of informations. The location is ideal with the private beach and pool and a quick 5 minute drive into town. The condo offers a great little kitchen, a wonderful balcony with a water view and an unbeatable sunset and all the amenities you need for your stay. Pool towels are provided, plenty of bathroom towels, there’s a coffee machine, 3 tvs, a variety of dishware and there’s coin operated laundry in the basement. The staff that works the grounds and property are also super friendly. The town of Greenport and other surrounding towns are all close, you have endless options for vineyards in close vicinity and there’s tons of amazing restaurants within a 5-15 minute car ride. I highly recommend booking this property, I will definitely be rebooking! (If yo
