Apartment vacation rentals in Novo Sancti Petri

Located 5 minutes by car from Playa de la Barrosa in a residential development. Almudena's apartment is spacious, nicer than the pictures, quiet and cozy. Ideal for spending a few peaceful and very enjoyable days with family, as it has a community pool. The host, Almudena, is very attentive and helpful and took great care of us for every problem or question we had, no matter how small. I would definitely recommend it, especially for families.

Beautifully designed apartment in excellent location. The only suggestion we would have would be to have a mirror somewhere else other than the bathroom as it was a little hard to get ready. But absolutely loved the apartment. It’s stunningly decorated with incredibly high ceilings.

The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance of a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Conil is a gorgeous town and there are a number of local walks . We had a car so visited a number of beautiful old towns such as Vejer and Arco de la Frontera. I recommend a trip to Cadiz and Bolonia beach is stunning. The apartment is very comfortable and the roof terrace is great for sunbathing or just chilling with a glass of wine. Communication with Silvie and Jake was very easy. They were super responsive, friendly and helpful. Muchas gracias, disfrutamos mucho, espero que visitemos otro vez.

This beautiful place was an absolute stroke of luck and the contact with the hostess Marion was warm and very informative. Country and people, restaurant and beach tips were brought to us, so we would love to come back.

Great apartment, best view in Cadiz, 180 degree sea view, sunsets over the city were amazing. Watching the cruise ships leave was fun. Cadiz is a wonderful city, our second visit. We will be back to the city and to Cielo Aprtment. John, Susan and Luna.

We spent 8 nights in this great apartment. Newly renovated. Location at the entrance to Cádiz, but with a bus stop in front of the portal to go to the center. Parking very close by.

We had a super stay at Laura’s apartment, it was clean nicely furnished and comfortable and Laura was very helpful. The location worked really well, with a short drive to the train station for the Cadiz train. We really enjoyed the evening stroll along the waterfront. A perfect way to end the day.

Guadalupe's place was a little treasure super close to the beach, for a great price. If we go back to cadiz we will rent your place again :)

We would repeat without hesitation. The apartment is very well located and has incredible ocean views. Very large living room. Everything was perfect and the host was great, any questions were answered immediately and he was attentive at all times.

Great location to the beach and the city. The apartment is beautiful, has a perfectly equipped kitchen and a balcony with a fantastic sea view! Jan made check-in and check-out easy and was always available! We will come back for sure:)

We enjoyed our stay in Jerez. The apartment is very comfortable and well outfitted. The location walkable for sightseeing,restaurants, etc. and worked well for us. The only challenge was finding the nearby parking but Maria Elizabeth was responsive immediately to give us the extra information we needed. We look forward to a return visit!

Had a great stay here. Fernando is a super nice man and really helped us with everything. The tranquility and calmness of the area was top notch. We really felt like we were on vacation, away from the hustle and bustle. Pool was very big and very chill. Location is close to the beaches and good restaurants nearby.

Probably the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Very modern, right at the beach, incredible views and very calm. Basically walking distance to anything in Rota. Perfectly clean and equipped with everything you need even for a long term stay. Silvia was also super fast to communicate and made sure we feel ourselves at home from the first moment. I highly recommend staying here and I would love to come back one day!

Jose's apartment is fantastic, it's so unique and special with such attention to detail, we felt right at home, everything has been thought of, this is by far the best airbnb place we've ever stayed in, so thank you Jose, you were a wonderful host. Miguel met us at the apartment and was very helpfu, so that's a thanks to you also Miguel. Jerez is a wonderful city and the apartment is located right in the centre of it all, but it's tucked away - a little oasis. The apartment is in a gorgeous building and it really helped make our holiday special. A great host, who is extremely helpful, I can't recommend Jose's apartment highly enough, we will certainly return for another holiday. Shaun, Gary and Hector 🐾

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen's place. The apartment was fabulous and Carmen was very helpful and friendly. Lots to do in the area and lots of great food. Definitely recommended.

One of best place we ever stayed with awesome view of ocean. We spent lots of time in the balcony and it was priceless to sleep with the sound of ocean. Location is next the most beautiful beach, shops and restaurants. You can walk to old town through beach like we did. There is some distance but still walkable. Juan was always responsive and really friendly. We were happy to be his guests! Hope to come back again.

I can’t recommend Sofias place enough, my husband and I stayed for 4 nights to celebrate his 50th birthday. From start to finish Sofia was so helpful, the place is beautiful and so peaceful away from the hustle and bustle outside. A real gem, the photos don’t do it justice.

The apartment is as indicated in the photos and in the description, quiet area, very close to the beach, terrace with sea views and the fully equipped apartment, it is one of the few apartments that has all the kitchen accessories to the full and that is appreciated, perhaps it lacks the oven, but it is not essential to spend a few days. Good agile and quick communication with the host , who was at the indicated time waiting for us , responds super quickly , which is to be appreciated.

Charming accommodation 5 min drive from Conil. An oasis away from the hustle and bustle Very pleasant garden and pool pool. The house comes with everything you need to spend a great few days.

We loved it, we will be back for sure. The description as is, impeccable, with every luxury of details…impressive. And in case it was not enough Rafael and Inmaculada are charming, a luxury.

We had a great week at the property and were able to enjoy the tranquility by the pool and on the terrace. A car is necessary to get to the coast and restaurants or go shopping.
