We are renting an apartment in center of Novigrad. The city of Novigrad has a history that goes far back in time. The whole city is surrounded by walls which gives visitors a feeling of security and shelter. The apartment gives you a feeling of freshness and privacy. You can relax in peace on the private terrace or jump to the beach, which is a two-minute walk away. Near the apartment there are beaches, the central street which offers a lot of fun, in restaurants, bars and street entertainers.

Old Town Studio: Feel the Authentic Novigrad

Old Town Studio is located 50 meters from the beach, in the historical center of Novigrad, which is surrounded by stone walls from the 13th century. The apartment is situated in the authentic Istrian house from the 17th century, which was renovated in 2019. Its excellent location in the hearth of Novigrad old town offer the experience and charm of living in the Mediterranean fisherman’s town. For our guests we offer free private parking 400 meters from the apartment (a reservation is needed).

Sve je na pješačkoj udaljenosti, tako da Vam vozilo uopće ne treba.Svoje vozilo možete parkirati na privatnom parkingu unutar zatvorenog dvorišta.

Located in the quiet heart of Piran, superb venetian old city, close to restaurants, shops and local market. The luminous studio can accomodate 2 adults guests and is modernly renovated. The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Apartment in a house in Piran with a large garden and an amazing view. Only a 5-minute walk to the city center, the supermarket, the beach and nearest bus stop. Two parking spaces available for free (tandem parking - your cars parked in a row one in front of the other). The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.
