It’s equipped with all comforts and it’s very close to the central Piazza Maggiore. Downstairs there’s one living room with a fully equipped kitchen, one comfortable sofa bed and one TV, upstairs one comfortable bedroom, one bathroom with window and one big comfortable shower. Siamo alle porte del centro, in una via tranquilla e strategica che vi permette di arrivare comodamente sotto casa con la macchina! L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

It is therefore connected to Bologna Centrale in just 6'! The beams characterize the attic which is illuminated and ventilated on three sides. 60 sm of pure comfort where you will find everything you need! To welcome you there will always be a bottle of wine, tea, coffee, jam, biscuits, soy milk, fruit and a Nespresso machine.

The Liability of Lauro, the largest is a large space on two floors with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private entrance. It is ideal for families or groups, who by choosing this space will stay just below the hills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, immersed in nature, in the peace of the countryside, surrounded by the wild animals of our large equipped garden.
