When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? About 2 minutes walk to the pond, 600m from the house there is a supermarket. There are plenty of tourist attractions in the area - Eden center, Pernštejn Castle, western town Šiklův mlýn, natural swimming, forests, and more.

The cottage is a great starting point for hiking and cycling enthusiasts. Several marked trails intersect here. In winter, guests can use the marked cross-country trails or nearby ski slopes.
