Vacation rentals with a patio in Novate Milanese

Nous avoir séjourné un week-end à Milan, et nous avons apprécié tout est parfait, nous n’avons rien à dire de négatif sur le logement ni sur Salvatore qui est toujours très réactif aux messages et très sympa merci ☺️. L’appartement se trouve proximité des lignes de métro et gare ce qui facilite les déplacement. nous reviendrons séjourné à Milan très bientôt !

Самуэле и все ребята были дружелюбные! Квартира была чистая. Ухоженная. Бесплатная парковка на улице может быть занята, надо внимательно парковать машину. Хозяин все разъяснил, спасибо. Так держать!

Arianna was so helpful and friendly, the apartment was spotless it’s felt like home from home. Yes there is a building work going on and you can view that from the balcony but dont let that put you off inside the apartment you can not hear it and they stop around 5pm and the Milan skyline view is bar far the best time of day. Easy instructions and so helpful when we asked questions, would love to stay again when we come back to Milan. The apartment was safe for toddlers and the entire complex was fantastic for toddlers and secure.

Es war alles wie Beschrieben. Gut gelegen zwischen zwei U-Bahnstationen. Eine tolle Gelateria befindet sich gleich um die Ecke. 😊 Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Location can’t be beat. In the heart of the city with incredible views. One of the most well appointed kitchens. The hosts have thought of everything a guest might need to make your stay most comfortable. Francesco met us at the apartment, which made our stay more personal. Would highly recommend this apartment when visiting Milan.

We had a great time staying at Paolo's place. First, the team of co-hosts who manage the place are amazingly responsive and helpful. Francesca and Bianca were great and facilitated everything easily. The place itself is a rare treat. Among so many charmless Airbnbs that don't feel like any place in particular, Paolo's place is full of personality and filled with memorable art. It's a fun contrast, living in a space defined by Renaissance-era bricks but colored by modern art, with details that you'll notice continually throughout your stay. The location is great, the kitchen is fully equipped, and--although this might sound strange--there are a large number of open horizontal surfaces that are really useful for organizing and repacking stuff.

Well appointed. Clean. Spacious. Excellent in town location. Can walk to many of the tourist sites. Close to restaurants and grocery. Metro outside front door.

I stayed in the apartment together with my partner and 7-month old baby for 4 nights due to a work-related conference at Fiera Milano. The apartment is excellent. It is located in a nice, lively neighborhood. Many restaurants and a supermarket are close by. About 10 min walk to the Fiera. The apartment itself has excellent equipment, one of the best Airbnbs I‘ve seen, including a washer and dryer, iron with ironing board. More than enough storage space, a small but well equipped kitchen, a nice balcony and a well-sized bathroom with everything necessary round this accomodation up. The communication was super easy with excellent descriptions for check in. And there is a free parking spot! Full recommendation! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jacopo's beautiful home! Jacopo and Andrea were very communicative. The apartment is very close to the castle and the beautiful park, yet off the beaten path so it was very, very quiet for sleeping at night. There were several nice restaurants nearby, but also a couple of grocery stores. We bought food for a couple of meals and were able to relax in the apartment after a long day of touring. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom, and the AC worked great so it was very comfortable for all guests.

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement de Marco à l’occasion d’un EVJF et nous avons été enchantées : appartement accueillant, chic et design ! Accueil plus que chaleureux de Marco qui fait tout pour que nous nous sentions au mieux. Sans oublier sa disponibilité, ses recommandations précieuses et son sens inégalable du service (chauffeur aéroport, chef à domicile, réservations de restaurant et spa, etc.). Nous n’avons aucune fausse note à relever tant Marco nous a offert plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions ! Un immense merci, vous avez rendu notre séjour encore plus inoubliable. Nous reviendrons à n’en pas douter ! MERCI !

It was a great place to stay. Everything was excellent. They provided many small appetizers as well. Lastly, host was super friendly and helpful.

Tutto come da descrizione. Luca è molto preciso e tempestivo nel rispondere. Buona posizione con a 20 metri una Coop. Ultimissima per spesa e altro. Casa graziosa e ben tenuta. Tutti i servizi indicati erano presenti.

Wir wurden von Nicola sehr herzlich empfangen. Alles lief reibungslos und unkompliziert ab. Die Wohnung war in Top Zustand und die Nachbaren waren sehr freundlich. ich würde mich freuen, wiedermal als Gast bei Nicola zu sein, wenn ich wieder in Mailand bin.

My father and O were traveling together and we rented this Airbnb to avoid the cost of two hotel rooms. I LOVED the beautiful glass room kitchen!! Was such a peaceful place to have a morning coffee. They were very accommodating about our arrival time which was extra wonderful! The furniture is a bit old and simple (folding chairs around the kitchen table, stained chair in the living room) but for the price it was an excellent option for us and we really enjoyed it! Location is wonderful tram runs regularly (though seemingly on a schedule of its own) and we could walk to duomo in 25 min. I ran In the park each morning and the water pressure is lovely. Look it’s not a hotel, it’s perfect for traveling with two people who want their own space. Only one bed would be usable for a couple honestly so 3 people in beds is realistic. Has an elevator Excellent AC Over all we loved our stay and highly recommend to anyone coming to Milan!

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Gastfreundlichkeit war ebenafalls sehr zuvorkommend. Die Eigentümer waren bei Fragen hilfreich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geeignet für eine grosse Gruppe und ist auch dafür ausgestattet.

Amazing place for big group of people! Huge kitchen and terrace, jacuzzi is a life saver during hot days. The location is close to tram, so you can get around the city centre pretty easily. There is amazing local pizza takeout place really close to apartment, which I highly recommend. The host is very friendly and kindly let us check out a few hours later, because we had a late flight home. Thank you for amazing stay, we’ll certainly stay here again the next time we visit Milan! ❤️

Wir haben uns in Sabrinas Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und modern. Sabrina war sehr hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch – in der Nähe der Navigli und etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Dom entfernt. Ungefähr 2 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt gibt es ein Parkhaus – das ist sehr bequem und definitiv ein Pluspunkt. Danke Sabrina, wir bekommen bestimmt wieder.

Lovely flat, nicely furnished, clean and functional with a large terrace. Only small downside is that the bedroom is facing the street, making it a bit noisy. Sonia was helpful, I would recommend for a stay slightly outside of Milan. With a car, everything is easily reachable.

Paolo’s place in Milan was in the heart of the most beautiful neighborhood in Milan. The home was absolutely charming and had everything we needed. I am scheduled to stay there again and I look forward to it. I highly recommend this lovely space. Paolo was a great host and the home is in the prefect spot for visiting Milan.

Wir waren für 4 Tage in Mailand, das Apartment ist ruhig gelegen und hatte alles was man benötigen. Das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, auch ist etwa 10 min. entfernt eine metro station. Die Kommunikation mit Laura und Simone war super und hilfreich.

This place in Milan is perfect for an overnight stay near the train station, and also a great base for a longer stay to explore the city. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating of our late check in. The place was well set up, clean and tidy.

Definitely the great experience! The apartment itself is big enough and very stylish. The terrace is well equipped and very green, so you don't feel yourself to be in the city. From the other hand it s 15-20 minutes to city center by subway or tram - great combination. Cinzia is a lovely host, very open, helpful and flexible. Active and prompt communication from her side helped a lot. I'm looking forward to visit Cinzia again when in Milano

O apartamento de Marco foi uma experiência maravilhosa. Marco cuida de tudo pensando no bem estar do hóspede. Ambiente limpo, acolhedor, elegante, um perfume no ar, que durou os 20 dias da minha estadia. No terraço, é possível tomar café com o canto dos pássaros, À noite, tomar um vinho olhando o céu, a lua. Cama super confortável. Tudo pensado com amor, bom gosto, elegância, limpeza, praticidade. Marco me ajudou também com dicas de viagem, resolver coisas. Sou muita grata a ele, por ter tornado essas férias tão inesquecíveis.
