Dvije prekrasne spavaće sobe s pogledom i dva kupatila te potpuno namještenu kuhinju sa perilicom posuđa, besplatan wifi , smart tv sa satelitskom antenom dva klima uređaja, vanjski roštilj i fire pit. Udaljeni smo od mora i plaže svega 20minuta. Obližnji prekrasni stari gradovi Motovun, Grožnjan, Oprtalj udaljeni su 5-15minuta te staza 7 slapova 15min.

Ubytovanie bolo skvelé. Dom bol krásny a veľmi útulný (lepšie ako na fotkách) a dostatočne veľký pre 3-4 rodiny s deťmi. Dvor bol krásne upravený, piesok v ihrisku čistý a úplne jemný. Bazén čistý a veľký. Ocenili sme vybavenie kuchyne, ktoré bolo lepšie ako doma. Miesto na grilovanie sme si dokonale užili, k dispozícii bolo nachystané drevo aj uhlie. Nemáme tomuto miestu čo vytknúť. Bola to skvelá dovolenka. Radi sa vrátime :)

It was just perfect - we had a problem with the car so we had to check in a bit early, wich wasn't a problem at all. The villa is super equipped and specially the garden with pool, table tennis, golf, jacuzzy, outdoor kitchen and an amazing view is so so good - we spent our entire stay outside in the sun :) When we got home, we noticed that we forgot a watch - we got in contact with Sabina, she looked for it and sent it to us immediately. Thank you so much for that :)

It was a pleasure staying here. The house is located in a quiet town just outside of Poreč, with everything you need close by. The build quality is among the best I've seen in Croatia – everything feels solid and is made with high-quality materials. Both the interior and exterior are beautifully designed and well-maintained. Mario has been incredibly helpful, taking care of even the smallest details. Thank you for having us!

Das Haus war noch schöner als auf den Fotos, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Alle Ausstattung die man braucht & Marija war bei fragen immer erreichbar. Im kleinen Ort ist es sehr ruhig aber man hat einen Mini Markt. Top Preis-Leistung.

Dreamer's House with a swimming pool in Istria

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 2 semaines dans ce logement. La maison est magnifique et décoré avec goût. À savoir qu'il n'y a ni micro-ondes, ni grille pain et que le frigo est petit pour 5 personnes. Sinon tous les équipements sont bien présents. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter du sauna qui était en panne. En terme de localisation, c'est plutôt idéal si l' on aime la tranquillité et plusieurs "plages" se trouvent à moins de 15 min en voiture. La proximité avec la Slovénie est aussi un atout car nous avons pu découvrir quelques jolies villes côtières. Je recommande ce logement avec sa magnifique terrasse et sa superbe piscine à partager quand les propriétaires sont présents.
