New apartment situated only 25 mins by bus away from the center of Dubrovnik. You can enjoy in peaceful and quiet neighbourhood and in perfectly calming view to the river and its surroundings. The apartment has bedroom, bathroom with the tub and kitchen/living room equipped with all appliances. Bus stop to the old town is about 6 mins walking distance and the other, when comimg back from town, just across the street. Buses operate every 20 mins You can park the car on the street near the house.

The Villa is next to the sea, perfect for a quick dip, in a quiet suburb of Old Mokosica, 5 minutes walk to local good value shops and bars. It has a really peaceful and restful atmosphere. We would describe the area as " spectacular rustic". Part of the property comprises an old family chapel, which is now used as a dining room with an amazing atmosphere. Outside there is a Renaissance style restored garden with its own natural well.

Great accommodation with a large living-dining area and large bedrooms. Beautiful balcony where you can enjoy the sunset in the evening. Mario is very friendly and always available for questions. Check in and out is very easy and smooth. This place and the nice landlord are highly recommended... we will be very happy to come back! Thank you for the wonderful time in Mokošica / Dubrovnik

Nick was an amazing host. The host met us when we arrived and was helpful both before and during the stay, with tips on restaurants, activities, etc. for the best stay. The house has everything you want and the location is amazing. Kayaks, bikes and fully equipped kitchen, etc. There are some genuine restaurants in the area, Gym, grocery stores and salons. Uber smoothly into town in about 15 minutes for sightseeing. Can highly recommend this villa that Nicke rents out, a safe card! Enjoy😃

We had a wonderful ten days in Villa Casia. It surpassed our high expectations! The villa itself is spacious, comfortable and in a beautiful setting away from the crowds . We loved exploring the quiet local area on foot, swimming in the river across from the house and watching the boats go by. We bought Dubrovnik Pass 7 day tickets and used the local buses to get in and out of Dubrovnik easily and also allowed us access to many of the sights. Some days we stayed out of the city and went to the lovely beach at Stikovica just up the coast. Djurdjica was a fabulous host. She responded quickly to our messages and gave great local advice. The boat trip she helped arrange was one of many highlights of our stay. For all of us it was our first time in Croatia. I’m sure it won’t be the last. The small part we visited was beautiful, pristine and ideal for the range of ages in our group. The people we met were all very friendly and welcoming. The weather was perfect too.

Amazing flat with beautiful views. Great location for exploring the area but also so lovely having the peace and quiet of being in a residential area. Loved swimming in the estuary every day, and tended to get Ubers to go out and explore. The flat is so spacious, super clean and really comfy big beds. I would highly recommend a stay here.

A well-lit swimming pool area is surrounded by stone walls and features comfortable lounge chairs. An outdoor dining space is visible against the backdrop of the mountainous landscape, with trees neatly arranged and soft lighting highlighting the surroundings.

Beautiful place with peaceful environment and gorgeous view. It was even better than we imagined. The host was very friendly and helpful and she always asked us if we needed anything. Everything went perfectly and we had the best time. Thank you!

Convenient stay near Dubrovnick. Nice new apartment, and very kind welcome. The plus: an electric car charging station left at your disposal.

Neatly stacked white towels are arranged in woven baskets on a shelf. The natural texture of the baskets contrasts with the smooth, light-colored walls. A power outlet is visible adjacent to the baskets, providing convenience for charging devices.
