In front of house are free parking spaces. Our guests can enjoy stunning view from the apartment balcony which is situated on the coast of Ombla river. In the morning by the cup of coffee and breakfest they can enjoy in beautifull sunrise, or in beautifull sunset in the evening.

Old town is easily reachable via public transport (bus departures are every 15min) Outside parking available on premises. For limited number motorcycles there is a possibility of locked garage parking - please request in advance, so preparations can be made in time.

The Villa is next to the sea, perfect for a quick dip, in a quiet suburb of Old Mokosica, 5 minutes walk to local good value shops and bars. It has a really peaceful and restful atmosphere. We would describe the area as " spectacular rustic". Part of the property comprises an old family chapel, which is now used as a dining room with an amazing atmosphere. Outside there is a Renaissance style restored garden with its own natural well.
