Huset har tre flotte uteområder som er møblert og god utsikt over fjorden. Verandaen strekker seg rundt huset og det er stor plen for barna å boltre seg på. Utestue med peis. Stor grill. Vi bor i huset til daglig og har to barn på 9+12 år så vi har uteleker/SUP og annet som kan lånes. 5 soverom med gode senger.

We who live here fell in love with the house when we moved from Oslo six years ago, and have since made both major and minor adjustments both outside and inside to create a home for what has eventually become a family of five. Sommeridyll på Husvik/Tønsberg

Stort hus beliggende i et veletablert og barnevennlig boligområde i Husvikåsen i Tønsberg kommune, 5 km fra Tønsberg sentrum. Fra boligen er det kort vei til Husvik skole med lekeapparater, offentlig transport, sjø, strand og flotte turområder. Husvik ligger sjønært og det er flere badeplasser og strender i nærheten. Det er kun en liten spasertur ned til Klopp badestrand og småbåthavn. Kyststien er populær. Ønsker først og fremst å leie ut til barnfamilier
