It's a unique view. Here you can sit with your morning coffee and get peace of mind by looking out over the lake. Large window surfaces mean that you always see the lake. At the back you can grill in the evening until sunset. There are also opportunities to fire up the outdoor fireplace to get warm in the evening. In total there are 3 fireplaces for wood burning. New functional kitchen with an island that can also act as a workplace. There are four bedrooms of which 1 double bed. The other bedrooms have 1 1/2 beds. The villa is located on idyllic Husøy on the outskirts of Tønsberg. Husøy is an island with approx. 1000 inhabitants. On our island we have a golf course, several beaches, a football pitch and a beautiful coastal path. The nearest beach about 350 meters from the house has a jetty, beach, playground and volleyball court. Here you can also find Ole3, a ferry that goes to Husvik. This is free and you can bring bicycles on the boat. The nearest grocery store is about 1 km from the house. It is 10 min from Tønsberg and Tønsberg Brygge by car.

The house is located in an attractive residential area on Teie. A few minutes walk to Teie Torv with cafes and shops. Short distance to Tønsberg and Tjøme. There are three beds in the house. One bed is 180 cm wide, and the other two are 120 cm wide. In the annex of the property, there are two single beds. We can also provide mattresses if needed.
