(no sun guarantee even on the sunny coast;) Swimming opportunities are two minutes walk from the house, and otherwise there are several nice beaches nearby. This is a nice place with lots of charm and good atmosphere with all the possibilities to create good holiday memories.

The cabin is on 2 floors and offers a large living room, kitchen with large dining area, 3 spacious bedrooms (8 - 10 beds) and 2 bathrooms. There is a possibility for a berth on the jetty for an additional fee.

Inside, there are most of the amenities, and the view of the fjord is just as good from the sofa. The house is located near the end of a dead-end road.

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.
