The view ist spectacular. The bay hast a beautiful beach. Nice house. Enrico is very friendly and helped with everything we needed.

We had a lovely stay, the villa was good for our needs as it had everything we needed. It is very close to the beach and it's easy enough to get into Villasimius using the summer bus. Beds could be a bit more comfy and cleaning & linen fees are a bit high, but all in all we were very happy and would definitely come back.

Beautiful two nights in Costa Rei. Lorenzo was super nice and helpful. Clean place. Super location.

The property is located a little off Villasimius, only about 600 m from the not very busy main road in a very quiet location. There are two directly adjacent properties, which are probably also vacation homes, but now in mid-October they were empty. Parking is right outside the front door. The living and dining area is very spacious, as is the master bedroom and the fenced garden area. All windows and doors are "secured" with mosquito nets. In the morning hours, however, very little to nothing flies and you can also have a wonderful breakfast in the beautiful garden :-) It is only a few hundred meters to the sea, although the nearest beach is not the most beautiful in the area. But you don't have to drive far to reach beautiful rocky sandy beaches, which were also not so heavily frequented at this time of year. Villasimius itself can be reached in 5 minutes by car. There are nice shops, restaurants and good Italian ice cream!!! Do

The house is in a very nice environment. The terrace is beautiful, with indescribable views. Very quiet. Near beautiful beach. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. Enrico was always very accessible and very nice. We can recommend this house without hesitation.

We stayed in Simone's accommodation for 5 days and felt very comfortable. It was very idyllic and quiet. It was exactly what we wanted. In the meantime, there are new floors and an additional wooden terrace that are not yet visible in the photos. Get ready to be surprised. Unfortunately, we had some bad luck with the weather and it was quite cold at times. Fortunately, you could heat with the air conditioners ;) We also used the fireplace and had it cozy and warm in the living room. Despite the rain, you can sit outside and enjoy the tranquility thanks to the covered terrace. I thought it was really great :) Simone was a very nice and reliable host. He is always available and gave many tips. Unfortunately, not every restaurant was open. Nevertheless, you can eat well in Pula. I asked him where you can see flamingos well and we were lucky with his tip it was wonderful. Su Gideu Beach, you have to see that. If you're lucky, there are flamingos there. A beautiful home located in a quiet area, well-connected to the town centre, buses for other cities in Sardegna, and the summer beach shuttle. Highly, highly recommended

Very nice view and the pool is big and beautiful. Very peaceful neighborhood. We chose a beach near Similus as our favorite. About 30 minutes to drive from the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

What an amazing stay! Aldo's home was perfect. Secluded and private, nestled in a pristine nature and breath taking views. The house was large, perfect for large families and also well stocked with a great kitchen and many bedrooms/bathrooms. The kids loved the pool and the natural charm and ambience of the area and the home were evident from the moment we arrived. Aldo and Francesco were so friendly and hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel at home. One of the best BnB stays we've ever had. Thank you!

Such a lovely villa in a beautiful location with superb mountain views. We had a brilliant holiday with the whole family. The villa was very well appointed and comfortable, and the outside pool and seating areas were very welcome and well used. The children loved the tortoises and were enchanted by the nightly frog visits and chorus. We were within walking distance of the local restaurant and gelateria with lots of wonderful flavours. The beaches of Costa Rei and Maklas were very close, with soft white sand and crystal clear blue sea. Gian was a great host - really responsive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend the Villa for the perfect family holiday.

Impeccable villa in a splendid setting, swimming pool with sea views. The house was identical to the photos. I recommend it.

We (parents and a one-year-old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and with it you can soon reach the beautiful beaches of the area and of course local suppliers. The house looks like the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby (high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden, swing and slide)! He asked every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and activities. Check-in and check-out were flexible (thank you very much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

An absolutely fabulous house in a very private setting. The pool was beautiful and very clean. The beds were the comfiest I have ever slept in abroad! There was a short walk to a very quiet beach with turquoise water surrounded by hills. The host was very responsive and any issues will had were sorted out within 15 minutes! There are not many restaurants to walk to but the house had a well quipped kitchen and a BBQ. I will certainly be returning!

We really enjoyed our stay! The veranda in particular is so lovely for sitting outside with food and drinks. Paolo was very responsive and gave clear instructions for entry. Highly recommend :)

A short stay but pure magic. Manuela's property is a real delight, cared for in every detail, difficult to explain in words... I'll definitely be back!

Cinzia's place was exactly as we wanted, clean, well-stocked with all the comforts indicated in the description, in a very central area and with nearby car parking, a place to return!

The apartment is tastefully decorated, offers a magnificent view over the bay, was very clean and quiet. We were happy with the air conditioning at the end of May, as it was humid and warm. With the bicycles you can quickly get to Villasinius, to the Spiaggia giunta, on Cap Carbonara. The nearest beach can be reached quickly on foot. We ate well and abundantly at the Villa Beach restaurant, it is nearby.

Wow, what a stay! Beautiful sunsets, relaxing setting, short walk to the beach. And the host was absolutely amazing! She was there to welcome us and was super responsive throughout our stay. A 10/10 experience! We highly recommend and will be back ourselves 🙂

Marco's place is located next to the Notteri pond in an area of rare beauty, quiet and sheltered, from where beautiful walks to the beaches or points of interest start. The house is cozy and perfect for relaxing on vacation, Marco is a very kind host who with the help of his collaborators (Marina) helped us with our every need.

What I’ll remember most about Luca’s house is how beautiful it was! The decor, furnishings and garden/yard were modern and well-kept. The house was extremely well equipped for cooking and also with beach gear. We loved the large outdoor dining table, and the outdoor showers too! We had 2 small children and the extremely private yard was large and lush with soft grass and many flowers! Perfect for playing! Now let’s talk about the beach. Very slow and private. The water is PRISTINE and clear blue! The kids collected sea glass every day. Luca provides beach towels, beach umbrellas and 3 different types of beach chairs/loungers (and multiples of each!) Luca was fast replying to messages and helping with check in/out. He even met us there late at night after our flight and showed us around. 100% recommend!!!

It's hard to find the right words to describe the breathtaking atmosphere you experience in this incredible place. Every hour of the day offers different colors and sensations. The property is wonderful and well maintained in every aspect: the garden is full of different plants and flowers, the sea view is unparalleled, the BBQ is exciting, the apartment is very clean, perfect and equipped with every comfort, it is like being at home... but in a beautiful and unique place. The peace is total, it is the exact place to be able to disconnect and enjoy a few days of total relaxation. The beaches in the surrounding area are all incredible and easily accessible. Do you have a dog? The accommodation is perfect for you! The main advantage, however, is another: Alessandra and Maurizio were two available, caring and kind hosts: it was a pleasure to meet them. We look forward to coming back!
