Detached Guesthouse "Pleegste"

Guesthouse Pleegste is a wooden garden house in the outskirts of Raalte with a cozy veranda. The stove is currently not usable and will be repaired as soon as possible. With a private entrance, it offers a lot of privacy. The guesthouse consists of one large room of 30 m² ( central heating), with a sitting and dining area, a kitchenette (fridge, 2-burner induction hob, combi-microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, etc. ) and a double box spring . The offer is WITHOUT breakfast.

Nice place on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the cozy village of Hellendoorn! In the back of the garden is our guest house with private garden, living room, pantry kitchen, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with 2-p bed and sleeping loft with 2 single beds above the kitchen. The center is at walking distance. But we also live wonderfully freely, right on the forest and the Pieterpad. April 2025 completely renovated! Unfortunately, we cannot allow permanent residence.

The stable has been renovated keeping original materials, trendy interior and amazing views over our garden. * Our garden can also be booked as a shoot location

It is a separate upright annex at a no longer working farm. We do have 2 Hereford cows and sometimes some extra cows in the meadow. And Snoopy (our dog) is present, but on request he will stay inside. Snoopy is a young dog. Suitable for 2 people who can walk stairs. ( Beds upstairs) Equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, TV, private Wi-Fi , private entrance and private terrace. There are four chickens and no rooster in the chickens.
