Welcome to southern Ardèche, to this house, its wooded, private and enclosed land and especially its private salt pool. Everything is available to occupy the family, hiking, sightseeing, landscape and ball games. The house is the enclosed land, the owners are independent, they have the same entrance gate on the land with their house a little higher (1665 m2). From the house you can enjoy the mountain view with the Saint Sebastian Chapel. This year we installed a dome.

A private outdoor area for lunch in front of the house, 2 swimming pools, one summer pool with slide and one covered pool open all year round, tennis court, basketball, mini-golf (for a fee), petanque, fitness trail and summer entertainment for the whole family... Everything is gathered in this tourist residence to make you experience a moment of relaxation and pleasure. The village of Calvisson and all its shops are a 5-minute drive away

Beautiful 250 m2 stone farmhouse located 1 km from the center of Sommières, the capacity is 17 beds (23 beds if you rent the 2nd cottage). 30 min to the sea (La Grande-Motte), 30 min to Montpellier, 25 min to Nimes, 25 min to Anduze. Sommières is a medieval village with a lot of festivities in summer season (night market, summer, Féria) and bullfighting events. Restaurants, bars, boutiques and shops are located in Sommières.

A steep staircase leads to a spacious bedroom. The house has character with antique wooden furniture.
