Bedroom 4 is small and has a door to the outside. You may have to go through bedroom 3 to get to the rest of the apartment. The patio with paving stones and lawn is at the same level as the floor inside. Access via stairs in the terrain from the parking lot on the property. Perfect distance to the university and city center with suitable walking distance and nice hiking opportunities.

Two similar apartments in one house. The apartment has a living room with open kitchen solution and dining table. TV. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, 4 plates stove w/stove top, coffee maker and kettle. Bedroom with double bed (150x200 cm). Loft with 2 single beds (90x200 cm). Duvets and pillows. Bed sheets and towels can be rented. Bathroom with shower/wc. Porch with table and 4 chairs. Freezer, washing machine and dryer in sanitary building. Final cleaning costs NOK 400,- if you don't want to do it yourself.

Apartment near the university, in a high basement.

Note: on Sundays we check in after 6 pm. The apartment has a private entrance, kitchen/living room, large bathroom and bedroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed. The kitchen has a dishwasher and is equipped with basic cooking utensils. Pillows and duvets are provided, while linens and towels are rented for an additional fee. Suitable for two single students or a small family. It's a little noisy in the house so you have to be prepared for that. But we're pretty peaceful, especially on weekdays. We have a cat.

Possible for EV charging The apartment has wood burning with free access to wood ,shown you want and like the warmth of wood:) The apartment has an extra bed that can be used if needed .(double bed in bedroom, 1 extra bed in living room nook)

Cozy and inviting studio

Great and well utilized small apartment with 2 beds. Private entrance and rooftop (shared) patio with chairs and tables. Short distance to Notodden. The apartment is located in the old bakery on the Skogen and has a rustic and good atmosphere on the pedestal floor. New appliances and beds in 2024, as well as freshly painted. Wifi and TV included. Towels and ready made beds are waiting upon arrival. Please note that the house is now undergoing an exterior remodel. Hope you/you have a great stay here with us ❤️

Great apartment on the 2nd floor of Telegata 6. The apartment is well equipped and with 2 parking places provided It has 65 inch TV with smart function , wifi is provided Walking distance to all amenities Notodden has to offer. Dette er en hybel med egen inngang, fullt bad og god seng. Fem minutters rolig rusling tar deg opp til Campus Notodden, Universitetet i Sørøst-Norge. Fem minutter andre veien tar deg til dagligvarebutikken. Er du student eller ansatt og trenger overnatting på samling, er dette stedet helt perfekt. Et enkelt og fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet. Hybelen ligger på baksiden av huset, se bilde av eksteriøret.
