The house with two apartments is a short stone's throw from the beach and swimming area with cliffs and docks. This listing refers to the lower apartment of the house. The hiking trail starts directly outside the gate and you can hike into the mountains or between the villages on Orust. The property is located in the south/southwest location with sun from the morning to the late night. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place for you

From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty, you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Launching ramp is 300 meters away from the house. Parking is included, about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.

Newly built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private boat dock. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Our semi-detached house in Mollösund Tången is a holiday home with that little extra. The house is modern and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant holiday in the heart of Bohuslän. The house is dimensioned for 6 people to stay comfortably but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed. The price includes access to our boathouse and Tången's private swimming areas. Except for the closeness to the ocean there are several picturesque villages nearby to explore, as well as numerous hiking trails and mountain top views to experience.

Välkommen till vår Bohuslänska idyll med klippor, gräsmatta och egen strand. Stugan är på ca 60 kvadratmeter och har 3 sovrum med plats för 6 personer. Badrummet är helt nyrenoverat och är utrustat med tvättmaskin. Njut av tystnaden och lugnet, här hörs inga bilar utan bara en och annan motorbåt som susar förbi. En promenad på 5 minuter tar er ner till en egen badvik med fint vatten. Stor gräsmatta att spela kubb eller fotboll på, eller varför inte njuta av havsutsikten?

Newly-built house (2019) of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. It is a five-minute walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.

You will have a nice stay in this comfortable home. One double bed on the ground floor and a double bed up on the loft. Smaller general area with kitchenette, sofa and dining table. Access to part of the deck and barbecue area. Close to swimming areas and tennis court ( rack available to borrow ). Towels and bed linen are available for free. Free parking just outside the house.
