The cottage was completed at the end of 2019. It is about 100 square meters, with a covered terrace and a large garden. Mönchbusch is a small district of Alt Schwerin. It's really very, very quiet there. If you are lucky, you can watch the deer or wild boar from the garden in the field. Plauer See is only 2 km away.
