This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

In-Town Norwich 1.5 miles to Hanover/Dartmouth

Located in the center of Norwich, this modern townhome-style accommodation is a wing attached to our residence. Enjoy your upstairs master suite + office/2nd bedroom, downstairs "café" and all-season sunroom. Relax with a view to the garden and woods beyond. We are 1.5 miles to Hanover/Dartmouth, and 1.0 mile to King Arthur Baking. Our street is part of the Appalachian Trail, and you will be near many Upper Valley attractions. We live onsite and are available to assist you upon request.

This is a farm house style lodging with the apartment as seen on the second floor accessible with stairs. Bathroom with stand up shower. A furnished Kitchen. 2 Bedrooms with queen beds. There is Wifi ,TV, and work table. Located in the heart of the Upper Valley. In town on the Main Street. We are 5 miles to Dartmouth College and 2 Hospitals Retail and restaurants near by.
