Vacation rentals with a patio in Norwich

Very tranquil place, very clean shower, comfortable bed, great amenities, lots of magazines and easy to use television. Very short distance from Montpelier. Nice bird variety, lovely flowers, you can hear the river from the apartment. Bridge is cool, river bank is fun, chairs outside.

We had such a wonderful stay at Peter’s place this weekend! It was one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Very clean, cozy and super welcoming. We were so happy to be able to bring our pup along and the location was perfect. It was close to the lake and great local restaurants. The view from the deck was absolutely beautiful!

Andrew’s place was exactly as described. Just far enough out of of the middle of Middlebury to be completely peaceful, but a very quick drive to town. The space was clean, spacious and had a great kitchen. The view off of the back deck was fabulous. I’d definitely stay there again.

Brian has a beautiful space with lovely scenery right outside! The space was quiet and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for! And Brian was very friendly greeting us upon arrival!

We had a great stay here. It has everything you need in a decent sized charming space. Would highly recommend.

The room was absolutely lovely! The bed was so comfy and I loved the little touches of the plush robes and face masks. We felt very relaxed and fancy. Was bummed we couldn’t try the local cuisine because everything was closed on the holiday weekend but I guess that just means we have to come back. ;) It was a great stay!

Loni’s place is nicely designed and furnished, very comfortable. It is walking distance from great attractions, shops, restaurants, and cafes.

This place was amazing! It was clean, had great privacy and exactly what we needed! Our favorite was the laundry and hot tub! 110% would stay again!

David was very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed the location and the peaceful atmosphere. I was with my sister. The stay was a great experience and felt well worth it. Just a note—one bedroom is accessed via a spiral staircase, another by a ladder, and there’s a sleeper couch in the living room. Would definitely recommend!

This A-frame is just so perfect. The location to Franconia State Park and ALL of the activities there was the best. The cabin itself if insanely clean and looks exactly like the pictures. It’s cozy and curated to feel like you are in your own little (5 star) summer camp. We had the best stay and would return again if we’re ever in the area! Book it!!

Fantastic second stay! Perfect for a climbing trip

We loved Hartness Haven, it is a beautiful home in equally beautiful surroundings. You feel right at home with comfortable furniture and a very well stocked kitchen. The beds are comfortable and the whole house is spotless. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and the fire place in the backyard. It is close to Quechee and Woodstock as well as several hiking trails. I would absolutely recommend Hartness Haven and hope to return soon!

Book this place immediately if you’re looking for a relaxing family stay, situated minutes from gorgeous beaches with swimming lakes and want to spend evenings bbqing and looking at the incredible view. I can't say enough great things about Jeff and this beautiful rental. The house is gorgeous with every amenity we could have wished for. The property was breathtaking with manicured gardens, fire pit area and the roaring brook right outside the windows. The water was pretty high when we were there due to all the rain, but it made for the most peaceful background sound. Linens were high end, beds were comfortable, the house was spotless, Jeff was super responsive and accommodating to our large group. I could go on. Would love to rent again in the future! We enjoyed our short stay in the cabin very much. The place was immaculate when we arrived. We were pleased to find coffee beans in the freezer and creamer in the fridge! Plenty of towels and comfy beds. There were horses out in the pasture which added to the peaceful setting - even during a rainy weekend! The location was quite convenient for visiting lots of cute little towns including Royalton, Stratton, Woodstock, and Norwich. I highly recommend this place to others.

This little condo was perfect! It ticked all the boxes I was looking for. The location was great! Accessibility to hiking trails and tourist attractions was close. The walk down to the river was beautiful! The amenities were perfect! (especially the hot tub after hiking all day!) Plus, I rented another one of Cristyn's condos for my sister for one night and booking 2 different units was still easy to manage. Great response time when we had questions. I will definitely be coming back!
