The Apartment was exactly as nice as described and as pictured in the listing. The Kitchen and Bathroom were nice, modern, and well equipped to a high standard. The Beds were comfortable. Even the sofa bed, which has a firm mattress, was surprisingly comfortable. Only, if you are taller than 5'7"/ 172cm the sofa bed might be a bit short for you. The location was excellent. The area around the apartment was nice and quiet at night. Everything of interest was within a few minutes walking distance (Food, Pubs, Shopping, Bars). St. Giles Street is a 1 minute Walk from the front door, and a great place to arrange a Taxi/Veezu Pickup. (The fare to NWI was less than £10, and took less than 30min) Jake, our Host, was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, allowing us to check in early, and was very supportive when we had any questions. I would certainly stay here again, and can recommend this apartment for couples, or up to 3 Adults, visiting Norwich City.

Enjoyed my time at Felicity’s place. Definitely recommend to anyone travelling into Norwich on vacation or a business trip. There’s PureGym, Tesco, express, Morrisons all walking distance. Or if you fancy to eat out there’s restaurants and pub nearby. Worth every penny!!

Great place, so close to the city centre yet quiet and peaceful. There was water, butter, jam in the fridge on arrival. The property was clean, bright and spacious. Car parking is beneath but we didn't use it for the entire break. We caught a train to a couple of places. Norwich is a wonderful city, there's plenty to see and a great choice of restaurants/pubs etc. The company communicated well even sending videos of how to get to the property which I advise using as our first attempt failed just using Google. We could instantly see where we went wrong when watching the video. We would use this property again.

The Crows Nest is a perfect base for a getaway in the Norfolk Broads. The local village of Horning is beautiful and very peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of some of the busier towns/villages. The apartment is exactly like the pictures, super clean, modern and has everything you need for your stay. We would definitely recommend breakfast in The Galley below. Thanks again and we hope to return in the future!

This property was very clean throughout. Overall a very well thought out home with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those weekend cooking great food with family and friends. With both a comfortable snug around the log burner downstairs and a lovely airy sitting room upstairs with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, there’s plenty of space to enjoy your time here. A notable mention to how comfortable the beds were at Pelican Lodge. It has gated, off road parking for 2 cars, while the rear garden is secure so you can let the dog roam worry free. The wood fired hot tub and kamado bbq completed what we thought was a brilliant home for the weekend. Would 100% recommend.
