Vacation rentals with beach access in Norwegian Sea

WOW WOW WOW. I can't even believe we got to stay here. What a privilege! It looks even better than the pictures. The view is unbeatable. Marit was kind and warm, available but not overbearing. I mentioned we were doing the sauna in Aurland (recommend!! Aurland, not Flåm!) and she left towels out for us. messaged to ask how the trip was going and if we needed a shoe dryer. This Airbnb is everything an Airbnb should be and more, Marit is everything an Airbnb host should be and more! Thank you, Marit, for a fantastic stay. Tusen takk!!!

We had a pleasant stay at Marit’s place! If you are looking for a stay as if in one’s house, this is the right spot. The kitchen is well equipped, the apartment is spacious and communication with Marit was easy and fast. Away from the crowds, the area is quiet and peaceful!

Amazing place and very nice and accommodating host. The accommodation has everything you need. We felt very comfortable. Quiet location and the center can be easily reached on foot in about 10 to 15 minutes.

The apartment is incredibly atmospheric and beautifully located by the water, overlooking the fjord. It is furnished with everything you could possibly need and Joannes has antipated every need (including the provision of razors, shaving cream, medical kits etc). The aesthetics of the apartment are second to none...it is calm, sophisticated but striking in its presentation and the harmony it has with the surroundings. The apartment is also very conveniently located being within walking distance to most sites on Vagar, in front of public transport and with street parking. That said, the best feature of the apartment is Joannes himself. Not only is Joannes an immensely agreeable individual, he is genuinely friendly, helpful and a source of an abundance of local information and history. Joannes is Faroese and proudly so...his family has a long history on the island - Joannes kept us spellbound, conveying stories of the region, customs and history. We are incredibly glad to have met him.

We stayed there for one night and everything was great!

Viktorija welcomed us personally to the property. She was very friendly and provided us with some helpful information about Aurland. The accommodation was perfect and had an amazing view of the fjord. We were even provided some umbrellas when it started to rain and we had planned a walk. I would highly recommend this beautiful stay. Thank you Viktorija!

Very nice cottage with great views. Warm welcome and no hassle. Super stay and well worth it. Lovely to unwind in the jacuzzi after a long day of hiking

The most beautiful place in the world!

Elin's house was very cozy and very clean, I totally recommend it, Hans greeted us with these words "Welcome to paradise", and the truth is that it was, a very quiet and cozy place, the house has a dock and we had a Kayak to use, thanks to Hans for the fish he gave us, it was very tasty.

Dear Tina, We loved „Solli“, your arctic paradise at the sea. So much space and light because of the glassfront towards the fjord. Spectacular view and best private Sauna we ever saw. Everything around the house was so easy, thanks also to the perfect information about everything there was to know you and René provided beforehand and your quick responses whenever we had a question. Even though the house is not „infant safe“ we managed pretty good travelling with a 17 month old boy, since there were no stairs inside going down and the upward ones we could block and since it was summer season no need to use the fireplace. Plenty of room to play in the living room. The kitchen was equipped perfetly. Even a bedroom with the greatest view. We stayed with 3 (and a half😉) generations and everyone loved it. Great place, location and stay.

Overall, we had a lovely stay. It was very quiet and the view was beautiful!! We were even able to see aurora lights. We will be happy to come back!!

Beautiful accommodation right on a lake, highly recommended

We had a lovely stay at Beatte & Håvard's cabin. They made us feel right at home including special touches like having a few toys for our 6 year old. The location was magical and our only regret is that we only booked for 4 nights instead of longer. Everything is set up to be cozy and peaceful. They had great recommendations for local hikes and went above and beyond to answer our questions. Definitely recommend!

The stay was really very nice, unfortunately only a little too short, as we only used the accommodation as a stopover. We would have liked to have stayed longer to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere right on the water even more. The apartment was very clean, lovingly furnished and extremely cozy – you immediately feel comfortable. Would love to come again anytime.

The property is located outside Svolvær. By car, however, it can be reached within a few minutes. The location is quiet and adjacent to a forest and lake. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and you feel very comfortable right away. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by Peder and his cat. He took the time to show and explain everything to us. The apartment also has a terrace, including Grill. Great, we would definitely book this apartment again.

Practical and cosy stay in Henningsvær! Easy to find and self-check-in to. Compact yet well-designed apartment in a peaceful private area. The place was modern, sparkling clean, and had everything we needed for our short stay driving around in Lofoten (parking right outside, kitchen with dish washer and bathroom with laundry machine were especially appreciated). Would stay again and recommend to everyone. The host was also very kind, helpful and fast to respond when we booked at short notice. Thanks!

Responsive and friendly host. Unit is cosy as described in a quiet neighbourhood. The view outside is breathtaking for us. Recommended.

We had a very nice stay at Magnar's. We felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and we had plenty of space in the living room and kitchen. If we come back to the area, we will be happy to stay with Magnar again.
