This small island in Luleåälven you have all to yourself. The location is between Luleå and Boden. You park the car then it takes about 8 minutes with the boat and you are on the island. Boat with engine and manual start is included in the rental price. The cottage from the 60s has simple standard, open plan with panoramic windows. Electricity is available, running water is not available, drinking water is collected on the way out to the island. Sleeping cabin, sauna and earth toilet are also available. This is the place for those who want to live and stay simply and be close to nature.

The cabin is located on its own islet (Dinner Holmen) at the end of Bulandet. On the islet there is a big quay (70 m2) that the boat is added. Water depth spring sea is at 3.5 meters, allowing large boats to add as well.
