(The trailer was replaced in 2022, so reviews before 2023 apply to an older trailer with fewer amenities and less comfort) It is 70 km to Svolvær, 60 km to Reine, about 20 km to the surf beach Unstad, and 8 km to the fishing village Ballstad. There are great opportunities to participate in the famous Lofoten fishing/winter fishing, and also fishing trips in the summer.

There are very nice showers and sauna at the campsite which is free. Booking made after February 12th does not include electricity.
