Treehouse vacation rentals in Northern Europe

Martine and Xavier are fantastic hosts and have always tried to make sure we are doing well. We felt very comfortable. The place was exceptional, very relaxing and restful. The natural pool and tree house are a unique experience. Our daughter had a lot of fun with the very friendly dogs Paco and Zora. Everything was great, we would come back!

Functional and atypical accommodation. Its location is perfect. The city center is within walking distance (about 30 minutes). The location on the hill, the surrounding greenery, the calm as well as the sea views are great. Everything was perfect. Very friendly and available hosts.

The tree house is a dream: the tree house itself with its many beautiful and loving details, the wonderful maple, the view, the atmosphere, the silence. And although it was over 30 degrees, it was totally pleasant under the shade of the treetop. Our 11-year-old son was also thrilled. And Thomas and Irmelin are great, warm and accommodating hosts. Thank you very much for this wonderful short break.

We had a wonderful week, everything was perfect, the house was very clean and equipped, the beach is a little small, but with the advice of the landlord we found wonderful beaches 10 minutes away by car. Even our dog felt at home, too bad there wasn't a small vacuum cleaner to pick up the hair. We will definitely be back next year!

A wonderful experience to do as a family. My children were super happy to sleep in a tree and loved every detail...from the swing, to the hammock, to the shower overlooking the woods, to the super Eugenio the dog who welcomed us. They liked the bunk bed a lot and it was all a matter of discovery. The Langhe offer a wonderful landscape in all seasons. We stayed in the summer but with the presence of air conditioning everything was more comfortable. Breakfast from a hotel overlooking the hills with yogurt, homemade jams, different types of honey, brioches, in short, nothing was missing. We took advantage of the clean and well-equipped pool with deckchairs and a high-end sun lounger. It was a detox week from the city that I would recommend to everyone (I think the absence of TV is really intentional and I appreciated it)

This cabin is simply a magical place... The environment is wild, lush, you are immersed in a majestic forest landscape, the views are breathtaking. The cabin is so well thought out, warm, like Barbara who welcomed us so joyfully! It's a place you don't want to leave, a very beautiful hiking trail passes right next door, the small villages around are very charming. I would come back with my children who, like me, won't want to leave! And you sleep so well, the beds are perfect, you feel like you're in a cocoon!

A quiet stay in the countryside in a beautiful cabin that's very functional and also very cocooning! The indoor and outdoor areas are perfect for families and Marie France is very friendly and accommodating! I'll be happy to come back when the sun returns!

Matt sent clear instructions and pictures to help find the address. The cabin was perfect, peaceful, clean and had everything you'd need for a couple of days retreat. The bed was so comfortable, I had the best sleep in a long time. The views were definitely the highlight for me. Stroud is 10 mins drive, or Hour 50 mins walk along the canal. Great recommendations for restaurants and cafes nearby.

Perfect place to enjoy the surrounding nature and Buna River, well equipped with everything you might need, very chill and natural area to rest from your day trips in the country, Alem was Friendly, and helpful at all times. I totally recommend the stay and would come back there if i had another visit to the country ✌️👌❤️

Absolutely wonderful stay at Treetops. From the moment you shut the gate you feel like the stresses of the outside world have disappeared! Everything has been thought of and more! We loved watching movies on the giant screen, playing darts on the deck and eating tapas whilst watching the cows in the field through the tree canopy. Lisa and Martin are on hand if you have a queries or need anything but you wouldn’t know anyone was nearby as the whole place is so secluded and private! We loved the outdoor shower, what a treat and enjoyed the hot tub even in the rain! If you are unsure of wondering if it’s worth the money, DON’T hesitate you will never regret it! A truly special place and you can see the effort in every detail!

Overall, a good experience, everything worked out. Very quiet location with beautiful views. The apartment was a little cold for our needs. Otherwise, a nice experience.

Beautiful house - was what we expected from the pictures. Scenery was unbelievable, it was quiet and private. Really wish the hot water had been working in the kitchen sink and outdoor shower. Also wish the hot tub wasn't an extra cost to use -- it should just be part of the overall price as it's one of the main draws and features in the rental description. Overall amazing, would stay again, but for the price, would want the hot water working.

We enjoyed it very much in the tree house. It was a unique and very special experience. Christine is also very nice and gave us good tips on what to do in the area. We will be happy to come back!

Incredible stay! The views are absolutely stunning. The river and being immersed in nature was so peaceful. The walk to the cabin was beautiful and enjoyed every moment of the stay.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at Jean’s tiny house in the woods near the river Mondego. The location is simply magical—surrounded by nothing but nature, it offered us the calm and peaceful retreat we were looking for. The proximity to the river was a highlight, where we could swim and paddle at our leisure, fully immersed in the natural beauty of the place. What truly made our stay unforgettable was Jean himself. His genuine friendliness, good energy, and welcoming spirit created an atmosphere that felt more like visiting a friend than staying at a guesthouse. We especially cherished our conversations with Jean - heartfelt, relaxed, and full of good vibes. Thank you, Jean, for sharing your little sanctuary with us. We would very much love to return someday!

I spent a night in this home with my girlfriend, our host was super nice. We were warmly welcomed. The space was clean. We have several activities available, such as tennis, cycling, table tennis, etc. The pool is a big plus and breakfast was really good. In short, I highly recommend this accommodation.

Absolutely lovely stay and amazing host! The treehouse was gorgeous, easy to get to and so well kept. The host was lovely and very accommodating, she also had great suggestions for local spots to visit. The treehouse was very comfortable and had all the amenities advertised. It was great to wake up and see the Peacocks and dogs running around the gardens in the morning.

Having had a breakdown on the day of check-in we arrived very late in the night. Katharina confirmed this would be ok and was on hand in the morning to welcome us. She offered us a late checkout too. The treehouse was spotless and cosy. The bathroom was also spotless and really well appointed. We loved our stay and would highly recommend Katharina as a host.

Mark’s treehouse was a special find - dreamy and peaceful, surrounded by the most beautiful gardens, so much love and thought has clearly gone into it. We had a wonderful couple of days sleeping high in the trees. Mark and his team were so accommdating and friendly, the warm bread in the mornings was a delight. We’ll be back again, my children and I loved it very much.

The cabin is superb, Claire welcomed us once we arrived, favoring human contact over the lockbox. Very available for any requests, Claire did me a great service for a bouquet of flowers, due to lack of time, and was able to find 1 perfect one according to the requested criteria. We really enjoyed our stay! The place is tucked away in the nature overlooking beautiful scenery. Carol and Ned were great hosts. Always quick to respond and very helpful. The cabin/hut is amazing and the hot tub really makes it such a relaxing peaceful experience! 100% recommend!
