Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Northern Beaches Council

This is a beautiful and high quality home. The open kitchen living area is huge and feels even more spacious because of the high ceilings and sight lines to the tropical rainforest back garden. There is a magical pathway through the rainforest garden to the studio bedroom with en-suite. The 2 main bedrooms with en-suite are also enormous and with ample wardrobe storage space. The kitchen and bathrooms are new and beautiful. It was a perfect venue for our family of 3 adult children and their partners and baby and a Sunday birthday lunch with additional friends. Susan was a most generous host. We look forward to returning.

Megan’s home was beautiful. The flow from inside to outside is stunning. The open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area overlooks the deck and garden through huge folding doors… lovely for meals together. Location was amazing Stroll to beach and shops Hot and cold outdoor shower was a bonus! The flat out the back was perfect for my Dad. Everything he could need. The hosts are warm and welcoming offering their home generously. Honestly, phots do not do it justice… Upon turning up at front gate- their home was absolutely beautiful. Would dearly love to stay again.

At 8:30pm on the first night we realised there was no hot water, we contacted the owner and had a response immediately. They gave us the option to send around a tradesman straight away or first thing in the morning. We asked for someone to come straight away and they arrived within the hour. The hot water system was cactus and we were given a full refund. Couldn't be happier with the response to an unfortunate situation. The house was amazing and very luxurious, it such a beautiful spot and would stay again!!

The Boathouse is stunning - such a cosy little spot and with the windows able to up fully you have this beautiful view bringing the outside in as you chill out with a glass of wine. We were blessed with some beautiful Easter weather and could just watch the world go by. We had some concerns about the parking situation at Church Point but we managed to find a 7am -7pm spot in the main car park and then were able to top up the daily ticket using the app. No need to get the ferry back everyday to top it up. There was also a 7 Day ticket option if you were staying that long. The ferry is so convenient and drops you at the jetty right next to the house. No big hills or big walks to make like for other properties - just a few steps up to the deck. Only missing equipment in a very well appointed kitchen was an oven (and no bbq while we were there due to refurbishment) but that was our own fault for missing that in the description. Apart from that the set up is wonderful. We will def be back!

We had a lovely weekend in Avalon and intended to spend most of our time at nearby restaurants and bars. However, the house was so nice with an incredible outdoor pool and BBQ area we spent most of it at the accomodation! Very clean, well laid out, peaceful and quiet it was a home away from home and would highly recommend. Bert the host was very responsive and lovely.

We absolutely loved our stay at Seaglass, Palm Beach! The most beautiful home with the most spectacular views! We will definitely come again. Palm beach is amazing, what a wonderful holiday we had. Thank you Palm Beach Holiday rentals and Seaglass! We will be back

Lovely family home absorbed eight people of three generations easily and enjoyably . Very well equipped with lovely wide balcony. We walked into Avalon early mornings for coffee and pastries and lovely walk for us. I especially as a jet lagged Grandma found the shortcut to a swim at the quiet public beach great. Jane had provided milk ,coffee and chocolates. Much appreciated as was the excellent coffee machine. I personally hate coffee pods and this was easy to use and appreciated by all the coffee lovers in the house. Thanks Jane for making the start of our holiday so positive .

The beautifully light and vast open spaces, the tranquil decor, the peaceful environment plus the pristine condition of every square inch of this superbly appointed home equal this luxurious holiday accommodation. It is just minutes from the stunning natural delights of Narrabeen. When one has the luxury of time off, one can’t do any better than this brand new home. It has everything. We were completely sold upon turning the key in the lock of Philippa’s place and enjoyed every moment until we had to depart. We feel very rested and relaxed. Five stars and a high five.

Great location and beautiful apartment. Checked in in the evening but super easy with codes on doors. Very good communication from hosts. My family had a fantastic time.

What a beautiful little apartment with the most amazing water views. We walked everywhere easily. Louise’s place had all the touches, beautiful interior, extremely comfortable beds and plenty of extras we didn’t expect find in the pantry and fridge. Thank you Louise for making our stay exceptional

Saul was an excellent host and we enjoyed staying in the apartment which was within a short walk of the Manly ferry complex including restaurants and also access through the Manly Corso to main beach.

Fantastic apartment for a girls weekend away. Location and views were better than described. Close to beautiful walking trails, shops and restaurants. Only a short stroll down to the shoreline. The apartment was large and spacious - better than depicted in the photos. Loads of storage in all bedrooms. Great communal area and balcony. Hope to stay again one day!

What a great place to stay for 13 days in an idyllic location; comfortable, light and airy with everything you need provided. Just across the road to the park with Edwards Beach on the NE and Balmoral Beach, the Sea Baths, Balmoral Oval and Middle Head on the SE, a bus stop outside travelling to Mosman Junction and Taronga Zoo Wharf ( and ferries to the city) and local restaurants within 300 metres. Ideal accommodation for a family or the more elderly with its proximity to park and safe beach and onsite garage. Julie is also the most friendly, flexible and accommodating host, very prompt in communicating as well as informative. I have no hesitation in recommending Julie’s accommodation after such an enjoyable time.

Beautiful, clean home in a quiet area.

We had a wonderful stay at Geraldine’s place, it was cosy and clean with all the amenities that we needed. Location was great and off street parking was a bonus. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Freshwater

This place is magical. We returned a second year in a row and this time was even better. If you want to get off the grid and forget Covid, masks and all the stresses of life, the Villa doesn’t disappoint!

We had such a great stay! The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to the beach and you can watch sunrise over the ocean in bed :) The house was so comfortable and stylish, lots of art deco character. We would 100% stay again!

What a beautiful, peaceful place that had all the necessary amenities a 2 min walk from the spectacular pearl beach. It was perfect & Carla and Chloe were great hosts and were very generous to give us a late check out on Sunday. The spa is pretty special although a bit finicky if you don’t know how to use it - thankfully our hosts were very responsive in helping with this. My only note is to maybe make sure if you need more linen/towels than what they provide for the 4 doubles and one single bed (9 people). We booked the house for 11 (there is a room with fold out couches) but those 2 guests didn’t get towels or linen. Final thing is the property has close neighbours so there are a lot of rules to do with noise etc. This makes sense as I assume the hosts have been burned before and must protect their relationship with the local community but if you want somewhere you can feel free to sing your heart out around the fire pit until the wee hours go elsewhere. We stayed at Nicola’s place for five nights and we had the best time. The area is so peaceful and beautiful and it was the absolute best kitted out Airbnb. Everything we could have wanted was provided. We made use of all the beach gear everyday - snorkels, paddle boards, fishing rods you name it! It was also easy to feed 9 of us as the kitchen and bbq area was so well set up. It was also terrific for the kids as there were so many games and activities for them to do thanks to Nicole and David. We will definitely be back and recommending this gem to our friends and family.

A wonderful spot for our extended family getaway in beautiful Pearl Beach. The Pavilions is 5 stars all the way - beautiful location, super comfortable, squeaky clean and everything you need at your fingertips, including a brilliant kitchen for cooking and entertaining. We lazed by the open fire by night, and spent our days lying in the winter sun on the deck and north facing backyard. It’s a short stroll to the beach and many other beautiful walking spots and scenic vantage points too. Highly recommend.
