Vacation rentals with a kayak in Northern Beaches Council

This property was everything I had imagined. We stayed here with our family and bridal party for our wedding weekend, not only did it a beautiful backdrop for our getting ready photos, but the place was pristine and so clean! Location was also great with restaurants, shops and the beach just a short drive away. Susie was also fantastic - from the moment I booked to check out, she was responsive, accomodating and even left us a bottle of wine and chocolates for us to celebrate our wedding. Highly recommended staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at Moshe's beautiful home in Cottage Point. Being right on the water with a private jetty was a highlight—perfect for the kids to swim, kayak, and fish. The outdoor balcony was a lovely spot to relax and soak in the peaceful natural surroundings. The house is spacious and easily accommodated our group, with the large dining table making family meals a real pleasure. The inclinator was a unique and fun feature that added a sense of adventure to coming and going. The home is well-equipped and conveniently located not too far from local shops. The only small suggestion would be to update the bed linen and pillows, or just bring your own for added comfort. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we’d happily return

House is absolutely stunning , the pool is lovely and the surrounding area is so peaceful. There are stunning views of the city and the peace and tranquility of the place it’s hard to believe you are so close to Sydney. The hosts are so helpful and go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable. I had family fly out from the UK and they were very impressed overall. All the rooms are air conditioned and the beds are very comfortable, plenty of games and books to keep the kids entertained. There is also a spacious entertainment area around the pool that is great for a bbq and drinks in front of the pool . I cannot recommend this place highly enough

A wonderful luxurious place to stay and watch the world sail and motor past! Great to have access to a private jetty along with kayaks and paddle boards. And Scotland Island is a lovely size to wander around with plenty of bush.

We had the most wonderful week at Coasters Retreat relaxing and recharging at Victoria's Airbnb over the summer break. It was so lovely to enjoy the water views from sunrise to sunset. Perched up on a hill the house offers a lot of privacy whilst still enjoying an excellent view from the deck. The house was very well appointed equipped with everything that we needed. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. A very special spot that we love & will return to. Highly recommended.

The views are absolutely stunning – peaceful, uninterrupted, and the perfect backdrop for a truly relaxing escape. The cottage is cosy and welcoming, especially with the warm fire crackling away on cooler nights. We love how secluded and quiet it is – the perfect place to disconnect and unwind. With little to no light pollution, the star gazing at night is simply breathtaking. You feel a world away from everything, in the best possible way. We can’t recommend this place highly enough and already can’t wait for our next visit. Thank you once again for such a special stay!

Absolutely stunning views! The property is private, with no-one over looking us. The view of the city at night is something else. Our host was amazing from check in to checking out. The house had everything we needed and more. just to name a few visitors we had walabies, cockatoos and Cuckoboroughs. We didn't want to leave.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. We 6 adults for the weekend. There was plenty of space, the house was extremely clean, and very comfortable. We loved the open-plan kitchen/dining/loungeroom. Huge lounge, and a lovely big outdoor deck area, leading off the lounge. It was great having two bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked. Everything worked well. The location is so beautiful. Hope to be back.

Absolutely loved our stay! The view was lovely— the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway. We spent hours relaxing by the fireplace, which made the whole place feel so cozy and calming. The Cottage is a quaint, clean comfortable waterside pad in which to enjoy the truly tranquil surrounds of Berowra Waters. Sue was a terrific, warm and friendly host. We were grateful for the pick up service, kayaks, tinnie and tips. Well stocked kitchen and lots of games. Highly recommended.

Louise's place is beautifullll - I would stay there again in a heartbeat. We had such a lovely weekend there, the house is gorgeous and homey and has everything you need. The location is just stunning! It was so peaceful, there's some beautiful walks to do (including a nice waterfall!). There's absolutely nothing I'd change about it all - if you get a chance to stay here, definitely do.

Lovely peaceful spot, no traffic, train or watercraft noise, near the end of a culdesac on a quiet road. The studio is separate from the main house (by about 20m) and feels very private. We would come again. One issue was we couldn't get the aircon to blow warm, but Sak came over straight away and sorted it out (you have to have it on high fan, as well as heat and the correct temp). There are eating utensils and crockery enough for two people, as well as a fridge, kettle and toaster. Basically a lovely stay and a beautiful spot!

We had the most magical time staying at this beautiful waterfront chalet. From the moment we arrived, we knew we’d found somewhere really special. The location is truly stunning, nestled right on the water, completely peaceful and wonderfully private. It was exactly the kind of romantic getaway we’d been craving The space itself is incredibly cosy and thoughtfully designed. Everything you could possibly want has been provided, from robes and comfy slippers to beach towels and even a kayak to explore the bay. Every detail has been considered, and by the end of the trip, we genuinely didn’t want to leave. Jodie is a wonderful host! She’s kind, communicative, and effortlessly welcoming. She made everything feel easy and personal from start to finish. This place is an absolute gem, and we’re already counting down the days until we can return.

Our overnight stay at Liz and Larry’s cabin was perfect for our needs with other family members joining us in Patonga for the long weekend to celebrate my 75th birthday. It was ideally located for us all to meet at The Boat House for breakfast and dinner. The creek behind is very pretty and the bush walks very accessible. We really enjoyed our stay

We had a wonderful stay at Astrid’s beautiful hideaway. With its spectacular river views and peaceful, secluded location, it was the ideal weekend escape from the city. Kayaking along the river was a scenic highlight, and cosying up at night by the wood fire made it even more special. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a romantic getaway nestled amongst nature.

A perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway. Being delivered via water-taxi means your only option is to enjoy the view along with your snacks.
