Vacation rentals with breakfast in Northern Beaches Council

we had a lovely stay at Peter's place. Nice location, close to the beaches; and cafes/restaurants not far. The house is artistically decorated, also kept the mid century feature.

Had a great stay at Elizabeth’s, lovely clean and comfortable. Really nice area and location worked perfectly for us visiting family in the area for a long weekend. Would highly recommend

We had a lovely stay at Kelly’s place. Great location to explore the northern beaches - walking distance to Newport beach, shops and hotel. Good amount of space for 4 adults and a child - my daughter loved the garden and trampoline. House is on a main road but you can’t hear the traffic so much from inside.

Kate’s place has everything you need, and beautiful views! It’s the perfect place to recharge for a couple of days.

Perfect accommodation for our needs. We loved having the use of a hot tub and the outdoor area was very relaxing to come back to each night. The mattress was very comfortable and great quality with super fresh bedding on it. Loved the restaurant recommendations too. Would happily recommend to anyone. Thanks Libby!

Sandy was so welcoming. We had the whole upstairs (choice of 2 roomy bedrooms plus lounge & bathroom). The bed was really comfortable. Sandy’s homemade Granola was delicious, plus the coffee machine and the great selection of teas were very welcome. The shower water pressure was great and the deep bath was perfect for a bubbly soak. The beach is at the end of the street, Woolworths is at the other end of the street, and the buses and restaurants are only a quick 5minute walk away. I would highly recommend Sandy and her lovely home.

Danielle and her family were so accommodating and made our stay wonderful and unforgettable, especially over the holiday period. It felt like our own home, because it is their home. Our little one felt so at ease, enjoying the amenities at home, as well as the local parks and cafes. We were so grateful and lucky to have found this space. It is truly a sanctuary - there is some great energy here (everything just flows), and you can do as much or as little as you want. Thank you for being wonderful hosts!

Marianne and Martin’s place is within 5 minutes walk to bus stop, abt 20 mins’ bus will take you to Chatswood, then everything will be so easy. Google map seems to make every transfer so complicated and make you think it takes a bit of walk but in reality it’s quite convenient. The room is spacious and comfy. The communication is nice. Marianne and Martin are very helpful and fun to chat with.

5 stars! Jenny is a superb host. She's very communicative with a auper clean, super comfy Air Bnb. The personal touches like a beer, brie, and bread, butter, and jelly in the fridge along with the "Maybe you forgot these" basket in the bathroom. So nice! Highly recommended :)

My family were visiting me from overseas and stayed at Jan’s place during their time in Sydney. The apartment was very clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Great having the shops located nearby and a short 15-20 minute stroll to Dee Why beach. Great location for jumping on a bus to the city too. Would definitely stay again and Jan was very helpful and responsive.

We had a very comfortable stay month long stay at Benjamin’s place with our little dog. Benjamin was helpful and answered our queries. The apartment had everything we needed and was walking distance to the bus and a few eateries etc. We loved the area and would stay again.

We loved our stay at Elise’s place . The unit was spacious , clean , close to the beach and restaurants . We took our dog which was amazing as Elise’s place has a private grass area he could run around and play . We will definitely be back

We were in Avalon for a family function and Aloha Avalon suited our family of 3 couples very well. Light, bright and airy, we felt very much at home during our 2 night stay.

Peta and Grahams home is an oasis and perfect for one person or a couple for either a short or longer stay. The space is immaculate and every thing has been thought of with care and consideration. The fridge filled with essentials was a lovely surprise along with the welcome letter and chocolates. Being a local I was very familiar with the area but this would be a perfect place for interstate and overseas visitors to have a sense of a bushland setting, proximity to beautiful middle harbour bushwalks, the creek bubbling away in the rear yard at the same time being very easy to access the Sydney CBD. My family of four spent the whole month of January in Stephen and Moyra’s place. From the moment we walked in we were pleasantly surprised. It is much more spacious than we thought and we felt comfortable and private almost immediately. We will definitely consider going back!

Had an extremely wonderful stay at Harold’s abode! His hospitality and friendly nature helps in making you feel right at home! I enjoyed all the heartening conversations with him 🙂 I must also add that his two lovely pet dogs- Luna and Max are a delight to be around; calm and very playful. Coming to the room and amenities, everything is as described in the bnb post and we had no inconveniences whatsoever. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, homely and safe place to stay. Thanks once again, Harold!

Such an amazing air b n b! The house is beautiful and has been done up amazingly! Safe and quiet area just by the uni and easy to get the bus into central then trains wherever you want to go! The house felt super homely as soon as I got there and had everything you needed for a lovely stay! Would have stayed longer if it was available- would recommend it to anyone in Sydney!

We had a lovely stay at Alison’s place - very clean and comfortable in a great location near Queen’s Park. Alison was a friendly and responsive host. The breakfast supplies were much appreciated, especially the delicious homemade marmalade!

Our nearly one-month long stay at this AirBnB was an exceptional experience. From the seamless check-in to the incredibly responsive and attentive hosts, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was not only clean and safe, but also made us feel right at home. We particularly appreciated the weekly housekeeping and the thoughtful replenishment of kitchen supplies.
