For 2022, we have 12 tents with queen beds and linens. Tents are covered with large rain flies that make a covered porch for the Adirondack Chairs.

Enjoy the beautiful NY evenings and get away from it all with a campfire and tent under the stars. You’ll have a shower/toilet shed and campfire area to enjoy as well as the specious, 16’ tent and a gorgeous view! We are minutes from Sharon Springs and 25 minutes to Cooperstown. We have bedding, towels and blankets but bring your favorite pillows and water. Our goal is to provide you with all the necessities and a place to make memories. We live on the property but you’ll have complete privacy.
