Karlene is a wonderful host and the accomodations are just great. The only caveat is that the sounds from upstairs carry downstairs and she has young children that you can hear mornings and at their bedtime which did not bother us very much. Please note that we were very comfortable and stayed for two months!

We were looking for a temporary stay due to renovations at our place. The ad said it was pet friendly. However, it did not mention if pet friendly meant cats were welcome. Our booking was accepted, I did my best to keep the place clean of cat litter smells and cat fur. Anything I felt that would get broken or scratched up by my cats was hidden or put up where they couldn't reach. My whole time there was spent worrying about my cats leaving a mess. The location was great, I used my e-scooter to get to and from work, bed and couch were comfy, once we figured out how to control the temperature inside, it was very comfortable overall. Thank you for having us.

We were in Edmonton to visit my son and his family who are leaving Canada in a short while…we couldn’t visit at their place due to packing boxes everywhere…Daniel had no problem allowing them to visit us…he was very responsive to messages…I gave him a couple of suggestions that would add to his already lovely place…there were tenants in the basement which I didn’t know about, so that caused a bit of a problem when I locked the doorknob lock and they couldn’t get in…I suggested to Daniel to edit his Airbnb post to make future guests aware of this…he said he’d do that…his place was lovely with wonderfully comfy beds…I would definitely recommend this Airbnb…

The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essential spices for cooking, which was a great bonus. The house itself is new and well-maintained. Jad was a great host—very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely book it again when I come back. .

Great location for Roger's events. Hem met us at the front door. Showed us the suite and there were beverages and treats there for us. Bed was comfortable in the room we stayed in as well. Water pressure was fantastic for the shower. Hem was willing to meet us at checkout but we had to leave.

the place was really clean, matched the description of the posting. it's about a five minute walk to rogers place. lots of good restaurants close by. the host was very friendly and responsive to any and all questions we had. they even contacted us within an hour of our check out to let us know we had forgotten a laptop there and helped us retrieve it without issue. can't recommend this place enough!
