Our one bedroom cottage is located in the beautiful Hampshire countryside. It has a very spacious open plan living area with a new kitchen and separate double bedroom with a new modern ensuite shower-room. There are 2 large sofas a large tv comfortable bed and fluffy towels. There is so much to do in the local area, I can go through it all with you . A perfect place to relax and unwind. Monday - Friday stays welcome and contractor accommodation also. Any long term needs do get in touch X

It is detached from the main house with private access and off road parking (Use of our 3 phase 22kW EV charger by separate arrangement - £10 per off peak charge, £5 for hybrids) A few minutes walk from Fleet high street with lots of shops, pubs and restaurants, close to Calthorpe Park, the Basingstoke Canal and Fleet Pond. It is small but cosy, with everything you need for a comfortable short stay for two people or longer stay for one. The setting is quiet and rural, yet there's a village shop and two pubs within 10 minutes walk, and just 15 minutes drive from J5 of the M3. Ideal for a weekend break, short stay, cycle stop, or writer's retreat. Please note it has sloping ceilings.

Warren Farm is 2 miles from Alton, which is famous for the Watercress Line steam railway and the home of Jane Austen. We are also on the edge of the South Downs National Park and within easy reach of Winchester and the Historic Dockyards and ferry terminals in Portsmouth. The Stables has it's own entrance from the beautiful garden room which adjoins our barn. There are country views and footpaths if you are feeling energetic! We look forward to welcoming you.
