Y Ffau is set in its own garden space with a permanent fence and an outdoor patio/seating area. Situated on the outskirts of the lovely town of Knighton, ideally placed for countryside walks and exploring Offa's Dyke and Glyndwr's Way. Only a 10 minute walk to the town centre with its cute little shops and plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes. Makes the perfect base for exploring the area. PLEASE NOTE there is no cooker installed. Alternatives are provided. Not suitable for children.

A great spot for accessing local villages (e.g Cemaes Bay 10min drive), beautiful beaches, Pary’s mountain, the Anglesey coastal path and other attractions, or for simply relaxing and enjoying the countryside. There is a lovely pub just a 15 minute walk away that serves great food and drink. We welcome well behaved doggy guests as there is a great selection of fantastic walks nearby

For those looking for adventure, it is a perfect base for exploring the magnificent landscape, climbing Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) or for visiting the many tourist attractions such as Caernarfon Castle, Port Meirion, Bounce Below, Zipworld etc.

You can also take a guided walk with our Shetland Ponies and discover how we are combining farming with nature conservation.

Our Horse Box has been lovingly converted into an amazing glamping experience that you'll never forget; we believe she's amazing. The views of Snowdonia and the Llyn Peninsula are second to none. Sit outside, star gazing in front of your very own fire pit and watch the sun go down from the picnic table. Sleeps 4; one double above the "cab" and the sofa forms a small double. There's a kitchen, a shower, a composting toilet and a 60" projector for streaming movies or music.

Crafnant Valley Retreat
Unique space. American RV Caravan in own field. Barn to store bikes, waterproofs and boots. Chance to have a bonfire (extra charge for wood). Sleeps family comfortably but can be very cosy. Plenty of outdoor space around the caravan & local walks. There is NO WIFI access at the caravan and depending on your phone company POSSIBLY NO signal. However you will be able to access WIFI around our house. The vans hot water is via a tank, see other details to note.

Sitting comfortably, in the wild meadow, above Upper Rectory is our delightful shepherd’s hut, well equipped for your arrival - idyllically located overlooking tranquil pastures and woodland, it, provides a cosy romantic and welcoming retreat, with a traditional wood burner to warm up the evenings. Ideal for walking and cycling, nearby nature reserve is home to 170 species of birds. Please note that WiFi is at best sporadic due to the rural location.
