Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. You have total privacy with no passing traffic. Peace & quiet, wildlife and wonderful walks all at your doorstep. Watch stunning sunsets over the bay and sunrises over Snowdon. The name Bryn Goleu means mountain light. One small/medium dog is welcome but please let us know and check the doggy rules with us.

Set on a rural smallholding, with a few friendly farm animals overlooking the sea and in the foothills of Cader Idris. A 10 minute walk from Fairbourne with shops, pubs and it's narrow gauge steam railway, with bus and train services to take you to more local attractions in Barmouth, Dolgellau and Aberdovey.

This end terrace cottage has a quirky style of its own. It has full central heating. Lounge is a good size with sofa and a matching arm chair, dining table, electric fire (log burner effect). It has a staircase that leads to a gallery landing and mezanine bedroom, with a king size bed, and en-suite shower room. The kitchen is very well equipped, with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven. Ground floor W.C.

Situated in the heart of Snowdonia. The perfect location for exploring the National Park and all it has to offer. Or if you prefer you could sit and relax in our Zen Garden and enjoy the wonderful view.
