Guesthouse vacation rentals in North Vancouver

Very responsive hosts and were a great pleasure to deal with. This beautiful house is as advertised. There are actually 3 ensuites on the upper floor with another washroom in part of the basement. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Bedding is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with top of the line appliances, plenty of cutlery, dinnerwares, supplies, etc. As the house is backing the Hwy #1 it can be noisy at night with the traffic for light sleepers on the upper floor. However, it didn't bother us. Highly recommend this house and we will definitely return.

Het was een gezellig en een knus verblijf. De bedden waren super zacht en lagen heerlijk. Supermarkt en restaurants zijn op loopafstand en met het ov kan je gemakkelijk alle kanten op. De locatie bevindt zich in een rustige en fijne buurt. Jennifer reageerde snel op onze berichten en communiceerde vriendelijk. Leuk verblijf!

Mi estadía con Sam y Rosa fue genial. El lugar estaba muy limpio y es muy amplio, tal cual las fotos. La ubicación parece alejada del downtown pero en realidad la estación de bus está a un lado y eso te conecta rápidamente. Además, cerca de ahí hay dos atracciones turísticas, Grouse Mountain y el Capilano Suspension Bridge, entonces la ubicación resulta amena. Sam y Rosa fueron muy atentos y cordiales en todo momento, fue un gran hospedaje y una grata experiencia.

This is a large home, good for groups. The upstairs bedrooms have attached bathrooms which is very convenient. We rented both upstairs and downstairs spaces so had access to two kitchen areas and laundries which was great. Note that to access the second and third downstairs bedrooms you will need to go through another bedroom or access from outside. The kitchen was great for cooking group meals with an open plan main floor.

Sheila's place felt like a treehouse retreat The bed was super comfy! We loved waking up "in the treetops" and listening to the birds. We barely spent time here except to sleep as were were with other family members on vacation and spent the days out and about with them. Sheila recommended places to explore and eat around town....super cute airbnb and beautiful town!

Great house for a large gathering. All required amenities were provided. Despite other tenants within the property we had no issues. Will certainly stay again!

Ideal place for us to stay, while visiting our son, who lives nearby. Nice and quiet, with glimpses of the mountains from the living area and balcony. Plenty of space for two. Well appointed kitchen. Several parks and green spaces within walking distance. Plenty of on-street parking.

I had a great stay at Judith's property. The studio is private and very clean. Judith gave clear instructions for the check-in and check-out. There were eggs and milk in the fridge and cereal, milk and coffee waiting for me. All very thoughtful details, especially after a long day of travel. There were extra appliances available if I needed them (e.g. a heater / fan, air fryer, etc). I also asked Judith if I could do some washing and she had it all organised for me nice and quickly the next day. There were clear instructions for everything and Judith was always quick to reply to my messages.

Jenny and Doug’s cabin was truly magical! Our 3-year-old thought it was her own club house! Seeing the view from the kitchen and living room was delightful. We saw many deer! The bedroom was so cozy with lots of blankets. Everything was perfectly laid out with lots of thoughtful storage space to store items. It had a nice roomy kitchen and Jenny leaving some food items (milk, eggs, bread, a baked good, tonic water etc.) to get us through the night and morning was so thoughtful and really helped! We loved the BBQ and deck to have our family meals on. The front yard was a lovely additional space for us to hangout in. As others have mentioned, Jenny’s baked items hand delivered every morning was so lovely and delicious!! The cabin is located near the main village so it was easy and fast to get to and from the ferry dock.

Stunning , a beautiful place with so much included!!! Very nice location, easy to navigate in Vancouver . The bed is very comfy , the condo is very well designed, Erica and Jane have thought about all you can need and more . You will love this fabulous place . Thank you so much for a week to remember . This place is a special quiet retreat in North Vancouver. I loved how close to the restaurants and vibe of Lonsdale Quay it is. The accommodations are comfortable, clean, and inviting! I would stay here again without a second thought!

I stayed here with two of my girlfriends for a short trip to Vancouver. This airbnb was located in a very safe and convenient neighborhood, very walkable - we all felt very safe staying here! Airbnb was clean and exactly as described in description and photos; Jimmy was also a very responsive host whenever we had any questions - overall an excellent stay! Highly recommend!

We have just returned from a trip to Canada. What a beautiful country. The trip was wonderful also thanks to Halley who hosted us in her home. Beautiful, clean, modern house in a beautiful park. The owners are very friendly, always ready to help and answer any questions. We recommend this place 100%.

This was perfect for our trip. My in-laws loved it and location was perfect. Such a peaceful and quiet location and still close enough to drive to sightsee. Daniel was super responsive and great throughout our trip. Would highly recommend!

When my aunt & I were planning our trip to Vancouver to visit family, North Vancouver seemed a quieter option as a base for our 10 day stay. After reading all the wonderful reviews, we booked with Josh & Tanya. Excellent choice! Terrific guest house in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood with the bonus of outside space that we enjoyed. We managed without a car - lots within walking distance, travelled the Seabus and used Uber (but near a bus route & lots of cabs available). Would come back in a heartbeat with absolutely no hesitation. Thanks, Josh & Tanya - we thoroughly enjoyed our time at your rental.

Great and cozy house! This is a comfortable place to get a deep rest during your trip. The super clean and bright bathroom was a highlight for me, and the laundry equipment was in great condition! The kitchen and living room were great with a comfy temperature in the house. At night, the surroundings were quiet, which made us have a good sleep every night. Janet was a friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended! Great parking was a bonus!

We had a great stay with Marianne. The views are breathtaking! There is a bit of a walk up, so might not be suitable for those with mobility challenges but was well worth the view at the top!

It was a great place for us to decompress after spending time each day dealing with a relatives estate possessions. Peaceful, private and nicely set up with kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Having 1.5 bathrooms was convenient. Kapilan was a very helpful host.

I had a lovely stay in this laneway home for ~2 months! If you’re working at Vancouver General Hospital it’s perfect for long term stays, just an ~8 minute walk to the main doors of VGH. The space is equipped with everything you need to live here for months on end, including a lovely coffee maker and blackout curtains for night shifts. All the appliances worked very well including the washer/dryer and oven, the dishwasher was a big bonus as well. I loved that there were several groceries stores in walking distance, the closest being about 5 minutes walk and then a bigger one being about 10 minute walk. However, if you drive there is a perfect parking spot reserved for you. My largish truck was able to fit into the space. There are also two beautiful parks nearby and tennis courts. The hosts are very attentive, kind, and answer right away, but the space still felt incredibly private and separate despite being in the backyard. I 100% recommend this place!

Kailey's place was bright and clean and very welcoming. I really enjoyed the outside patio that was private and allowed me to enjoy the beautiful weather, and also because it is covered could also sit outside with a little drizzle. Kailey was responsive to all my questions and concerns. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, enough dishes, utensils, tinfoil, wrap, containers - it is so helpful to be able to cook a little and enjoy the benefits of renting an Airbnb over a hotel. We appreciated the heads up and honestly about having little ones upstairs and the potential of hearing them, which for us was sweet as our kids are grown up. The Spirit Trail is a close walk if you want to get into nature quick. We walked to the grocery store and all the way to the Quay for a good walk. The overall style is modern and clean and details seem to matter!

Lovely place. Spacious. Very high quality and comfortable furniture and linens etc. well stocked extras, quiet building. Nice neigbbourhood to go walking. Not sure why it is limited to two guests when there are two king/queen beds in two bedrooms. Will stay again!

I stayed at Christine's beautiful Airbnb with my mom while we were in Vancouver for my sister's graduation, and it was the perfect spot! The place looked exactly like the pictures and was surrounded by trees, making it feel like a peaceful oasis. The interior was clean and had all the basic appliances we needed, making our stay super convenient. Christine was an amazing host. She was friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions. My mom and I really loved the place and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a beautiful, serene getaway!

Tims suite was clean and looks just like the pictures. The air conditioning, bathroom fan, and the dehumidifier all worked great to provide a comfortable space to relax. Even though it wasn’t cold out when we stayed there (was usually 15-20 degrees Celsius outside), the heated towel rack and bathroom floor became a highlight of our stay. It’s only about a 10 minute walk to a bunch of breweries and the train station which was handy. The access to the suite is from the alley which has no lights but was only a short walk from the road and there are outdoor lights outside the suite so you can see where you’re walking towards. Area felt safe that it was not an uncomfortable walk even in the middle of the night. There is a gate with a code that also added extra security to the suite. I would definitely recommend Tim’s place and would stay there again!

It’s a spacious and comfortable place for our family. Backyard is well maintained. There’s even an exercise equipment although we didn’t have time to enjoy it. A quiet neighborhood. We are very happy with our stay and will certainly come back.
